Great pool and hot tub

Hotel was comfortable and clean. We had a sliding door out to our parked car so it was easy to unload and load. Breakfast was good with hot eggs and meat as well as cold options. Wished they had flavored creamer. Pool and hot tub were warm and clean. Air conditioner was a bit noisy turning on and off, which would be my only complaint.

Easy check-in and out. The staff were efficient and confident. Our room was better than expected as the two queen beds were very comfy. We had two sinks one in the bathroom and one outside. We had a small outside deck with two chairs overlooking a grassy area. It’s about 12 minutes to Newport during the day due to traffic but only 7 minutes home at 9 pm or after.

The staff were extremely helpful and nice. They answered all questions with a smile and grace. The hotel has perfect location. 12 mins from the shops and restaurants. The only complaint would be the environment and conditions of the rooms. They were not the cleanest. Photos online don’t compare to what the rooms actually look like. All rooms were “smoke-free” however each room had a stench of smoke. The sliding door to the patio looked as if no one has cleaned it in years. The rooms are dark and dingy. It’s just a tiny bit better than a motel. Service was great but I would not book again.

This is a great place to stay, the staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast was amazing!! My son loved the indoor pool and hot tub!! If we ever make it back this way again, we will definitely stay here❤️
