In the house: central heating system, air conditioning, washing machine. Parking. Grocery, restaurant, bar 400 m, bus stop "Torrenueva V" 900 m, sandy beach "El Bombo" 500 m. Object suitable for 4 adults. Please note: airfield 35 km from the property. Big rectangular swimming pool in the center of the complex (seasonal availability: around 16th of May until about mid or end of Sep depending on weather conditions.
