This hotel was nothing short of sensational. Everyone was incredibly kind and friendly. The breakfast was fantastic and the free lunch/dinner buffet was such a nice added touch. I mentioned my partners birthday at check-in and on the day they brought her a cake at breakfast and also left prosecco, macaroons and balloons in our room while we were out for the day. Will be recommending all our friends/family to stay here. Thank you.

Beautiful hotel in Milan! The rooms were on the smaller size but the finishes and furniture were great. We loved that everything in the mini fridge was free for us to have (soft drinks and snacks). They also had a free breakfast and snack bar that you can grab on your way out or in. The property also has a small outdoor deck to relax and a beautiful gym downstairs with free waters and protein bars! The location is close to a metro stop and shopping as well! All in all great property to stay if you’re looking for something affordable in Milan!

Great location, located within a 3 minute walking distance to the subway and trolley train. Food options and shopping around the area, in addition to the hotel providing a light snack area for the guests. The rooms were new/modern with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. No bathrobe, but there were slippers. The staff was immaculate and more than helpful.

Great hotel, everyone friendly and helpful. Lovely room with free mini bar containing plenty of water, soft drinks, 1 beer and snacks. Free tea/coffee station with snacks and bottles of water available all day as well as free brunch buffet and evening snacks available. Also got voucher free cocktail each. 15 min walk to central train station and 5 mins to metro for line 1 into centre. Would defuses here again.

The staff was so kind and welcoming. The location of the hotel is perfect, far enough away from down town to be quiet and away from tourists but close enough to walk to all the main attractions. Highly recommend!

Excellent hotel

Super helpful staff, from getting checked in in the evening to preparing coffee to go in disposable cups, it elevated the experience altogether. Clea rooms, decently spaced though not big, and with a nice mini bar included (water, snacks, juices etc). There is a terrace on the reception floor and an afternoon snack and drinks bar which comes in nicely when checking in after a long flight.

The service was fantastic and the 24 hr refreshment bar and twice a day buffet were a pleasant surprise that made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel staff were also very helpful. Think the only issue was the thin walls; we could hear our neighbours walking and moving furniture. But nothing that made our stay unpleasant. Location was also great!

We had a great experience at this hotel. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The staff were all incredibly kind and always ready to help with anything we needed. The location is also very convenient just a 20-minute walk to the Duomo Cathedral and only steps away from the metro. It’s a place where you really feel welcome. I highly recommend it, especially for families!
