The room was functional for our 1 night stay. The breakfast buffet had a wide assortment of pastries, hot and cold food options. The staff was helpful on arrival and assisting us to get a taxi on departure. Several restaurant options within 1 block.

Staff was great, accommodations meh.

The rooms don’t allow you to control the temperature, so it felt muggy in the room for most of the stay. The beds are cheap and wooden slats are not friendly for a plus size traveler. Otherwise, the staff was great! :-)

Good located

The hotel is very well located and has very good restaurants nearby. They are very eco-friendly, but the rooms are too hot—you can’t lower the temperature, and sleeping in heat with a duvet is far from pleasant. The breakfast is very varied and worth including in the stay.

This is a hotel that dont have the amenities of a normal hotel. Temp is not adjustable which is inconvenient, its hot in the room. Though walkable to the central station and clean.

Small room with think wall: you can hear everything form both street and other rooms. Restroom definitely needs a renovation, the shower falls apart and the walls have painting falling for the humidity. Special mention to receptionist Jessica that ignored us while we were looking for our passports: while taking to other colleagues she was describing how terrible were the rooms on the first floor seconds before giving us a room on the first floor. Temperature in can’t be adjusted.

Not impressed…

When we arrived, we had to wait about (45 minutes) because the room door key was not working and the staff couldn’t get it open as well. We were waiting for it to be fixed and we wasted a lot of time. Also, the city tax indicated on the Hotels.com app is $3.50 per guest per night per person, instead we paid $6.30 per guest per person. Finally, we were given another room but we are disappointed by this experience. On top of that, there is no coffee machine in the room and no way to have coffee in the morning other than going outside. In all the hotels I have been to, I’ve never seen that.
