Les avantages : l'hôtel n'est pas pas loin du centre ville, à 20 minutes en tram de la place Duomo, E petit déj est pas mal aussi. L'hôtel est à 5 minutes en marche du métro. Les inconvénients : les murs sont pas isolés, tu peux entendre les discussions des voisins, du coup j'avais du mal à m'endormir, les toilettes sont pas propres

You can quickly reach the historical center, the central station and the main places of interest thanks to the MM3 Affori Centro underground station which is a short distance away. The metro takes only 10-15 minutes to reach the center of Milan. Although the hotel is very close to the center, it is located in a residential and very quiet area. We are sorry for the complaint about noises. We could have intervened by changing the room if you had reported it to us during your stay. Next time ask for help at reception. We send an email asking you to tell us if the stay is to your liking and we leave a notice on the desk of the room asking the guest to promptly notify us if the room is not perfect or there is something unwelcome. Our reception is open h24 and by dialing 9 from the room telephone you can communicate your requests. We will always be happy to intervene to make your stay pleasant and satisfying. We look very forward to welcoming you again during your next visit in Milan. Warmest regards

Hôtel indiqué avec parking : pas de parking Le wifi ne fonctionne pas , on demande d l’aide , on nous dit juste que c’est bizarre, pas de wifi … Il n y a qu un drap , pas de couette, on a eu froid Hôtel mal insonorisé , bruyant en fonction de vos voisins Quelques minutes à pieds du métro puis 6-7 stations pour le centre de milan

Hôtel sympathique et accueillant, une très bonne atmosphère. Malheureusement nous étions dans une chambre à 3 très petite, au rez-de-chaussée avec une très vilaine vue. Apparemment la chambre parentale habituelle n’était pas disponible. La salle du petit déjeuner, en sous-sol, aurait vraiment besoin d’un grand coup de frais ! Bon petit déjeuner, très diversifié.

We are sorry you didn’t appreciate the style of our breakfast room, but we are happy that you enjoyed our varied breakfast offer.Considering the addition of a third person, the double room wasn’t given from the first day in order to avoid moving the room from the following day. Nice for one night

Near the metro, you can park on the street. The staff is really nice and speak english and french really fluently. The room and the bathroom need to be renovated

Ca ne m'empechera pas d'y retourner

difficulté avec le paiement puisque l'hotel debite l'integralité de la somme. Pas de chauffage, regulation municipale, et il faisait froid. Petit dej genial et diner sympa.

It must be paid separately and in cash for legal requirements, we are sorry for the misunderstanding. Always the rules prevent us from turning on the heating before a date established by law. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed our organic food. Unfortunately, your negative comments are due to legislative issues beyond our control.
