The WiFi did not work at all, I couldn’t run my laptop which I needed for my business. when asked the front desk said they were “working on it” the girl was rude and at the same time another customer called the front desk about the WiFi and she was rude to them. Not the greatest or the worst breakfast. The place was clean. No stopper in the bathtub and the temperature dial wouldn’t stay on hot.

Going down hill

This hotel is going down hill. We have been staying here for about 3 years over the new year and each year it gets a little worse. The pool and hot tub area were not clean the hot tub is rusting and the water the was green. The fitness center was dirts actual sand or dirt on machines and many out of order. When you pay to have amenities at a hotel you should be able to use them. Our room was not overly clean then furniture had stains and crusty substance on them and we had to lay towels down to even sit on the furniture. The breakfast was good and staff were friendly, but cleaning and upkeep needs to be better.

Stay and staff were good. Disappointed with the pool and hot tub areas. They were not cleaned our entire stay this was in the same uncleaned condition.

I was disappointed to learn that there was a $75 pet charge only when I checked in. I feel like that information should be offered more prominently in the reservation process.

I appreciate that the room was very spacious, didn't feel claustrophobic like some hotels. Plenty of towels, nice and clean, and very quiet. I did not hear the usual people in the halls or doors closing, despite it being busy. Very convenient to highway, with a lot of restaurants close by. Breakfast offerings were great. Might have used pool if it was open, but not a big deal for us.

Not sure why they don’t keep website up to date about pool and hot tub not working. Stayed at this hotel because said they had pool and hot tub. Get there hot tub not working and no heat in the pool.

We were traveling with 3 toddlers and the room was more than big enough to not feel cramped. The beds were extremely comfortable and everything felt clean.
