1. was in room 110. There was no shower curtain so much so we have to shower in the tube very carefully. Due to the winter weather, we shower with hot water which caused evaporation in the entire bath room making it wet top to bottom. This is dangerous because a wet floor causes dangerous fall. So we place towels on the floor. Imagine how troublesome it is for the chambermaids. 2. The basin tap was so difficult to turn it on/shut. They should lubricate it annually. 3. Kettle boiled water leaving a layer of particles on the water surface. Didn't seem hygienic. 4. Bed mattresses were worn out affecting a good sleep.

Hotel nice, best point it was by the metro making easy access to the metro and a short walk to the central train station.

The hotel was in a great location but the room did not look like the picture, the door to the bathroom basically opened right onto the bed. There was mould on the bathroom walls and the walls were very scuffed. The floor to my room was very dirty, my socks came away dusty and full of dirt. The room was also very noisy, I could hear the person next door coughing and sneezing and the pipes did not stop making noises. Not great when you need to sleep.
