Stunning hotel!

The hotel is beautiful, we had a room that opened up to a terrace and it was stunning. It was clean and the shower was lovely! It’s in a central location so close to main shopping areas. One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in! Staff were really friendly as well

The Best of Experiences ..

From the moment we checked in we knew we were at the best place. The staff were amazing , always friendly and ready to help . This was a special occasion for this family trip . A wedding aniversary . The manager at "The Roof" restaurant was the best , making us welcome , feel at home and understanding of everything we needed , even when we did not know ourselves ! He was the perfect HOst. The food was excellent and the advice in choosing was very helpful. I travel lot and stay in many Hotels, it would be hard to beat Dei Cavlieri . Thank You to all who made our stay the best .

We spent 5 nights in a suite at the hotel and had a lovely time. The hotel is conveniently located about 2 blocks from the Duomo, which made it easy for us to walk to local attractions and restaurants. The restaurant & bar on the roof were also quite good and provided great views of the city. The staff were very friendly and provided great recommendations.

good location, large room, good mattress, dated property, inefficient check in, hotel never once replied to a single query, neither from Hotels.com message board or its own website. the only prompt from hotel was letting me know it was about to charge my card a pre-approval deposit. So the hotel is happy to charge you but not respond to messages. if you offer parking, have the wherewithal to stamp the garage receipt so when the guest goes to check out of garage, the ignorant ape attendant doesnt give you grief for not having ticket stamped & you have to wait for the attendant to call hotel to verify you have indeed checked out. in Milan, this little scenario takes >30 minutes

Hotel is well located and in fairly good condition for the price. The terrace and the breakfast buffet were the highlights for us. Unfortunately we had an issue with a clogged tub that took 2 days to resolved, not fun. Also the elevators don’t seem to work efficiently to say the least. All in all I will recommend it if you are not going to spend too much time in the hotel. Plenty of options for eating among all price ranges but what serves the best of this location is access to public transportation, hard to beat.
