The hotel is very close to City Shopping and 5-7 minutes to walk to the tram , metro and bus stations , also close to stores and restaurants if you want to eat in area .The area was very quiet and we slept very well . The room was very clean and even if we stay just 2 nights the housekeeping change our towels , change the bins and clean the room . The breakfast was very good and the reception staff -night and day shift was very friendly and even help me with a flight ticket . I will for sure come back again at this hotel next time visiting Milan .

Old, terrible breakfast, no wifi connection (despite what mentioned on Expedia or other websites) and no functioning TV in the room. Waste of money.

positive: Nice quiet location, close to the center and close to transportation. Most things in the bathroom worked. Very comfortable bed. negative: the air conditioning did not work, only fan. For the first day, there was only hot (very hot) water. I asked for room change and was told the person who can do it is not available - and whoever it was, never became available. The view may have been nice, but the window had solid unmovable blinds. There was no cleaning - they did not even empty the garbage during the 3 days I stayed.

Very good stay in Johny hotel. Very close to the tran Domodosola tran and on a very quiet street. Overall a very nice stay in Johny hotel.

Communal area carpet shabby. Hotel generally very clean but not high standard. Comfortable bed, small shower, but resonalable for overnight stay. Wouldn't like to stay for a week

would never stay again!!!!

We arrived and the man on reception was not very friendly. We were told we would have a room with a view and a balcony and we had neither. The bathroom was not very clean, no shower curtain or even a proper shower so you have to hold up the head to wash yourself. Breakfast was a joke.the coffee was disgusting, food was not fresh!! When we went to leave the hotel to go to the shop we were made to leave our room key behind which made both of us very uncomfortable so only one of us went out.very glad we only stayed for the one night
