Hôtel très bien situé en plein centre de Milan à 5 min à pied du Duomo et très bien desservi des transports en commun. Personnel très accueillant. Seul bémol est la literie (matelas un peu trop mou à mon goût).

Suite Scala : Accueil chaleureux . Très grande chambre , très bien insonorisée car des travaux aux alentours. Bonne literie mais couverture un peu légère (pas d'autre à disposition) pour la période de froid en ce moment. Terrasse jolie et agréable .

Hôtel très bien situé au calme à 200m du duomo. Agréable jardin pour prendre le petit déjeuner. L'hôtel vous offre tous les soirs l'apéro de votre choix et une gourmandise au goûter Très bon accueil.mention spéciale au barman, toujours souriant et serviable. Faisait de son mieux pour nous accueillir en français. La chambre est très spacieuse de même que la salle de bain. Beaucoup de rangement. Produits rechargés chaque jour. Je précise qu'il faut tout de fois aimer le style contemporain qui nous convenait très bien.comme partout au centre de Milan parking 38€, par jour. Si vous passez par l'hôtel c'est 25€. Le choix est vite fait

Hohe Corona-Infektionsgefahr, ungenügender Service

Wir sind um 1100 eingetroffen, bei einer Check-In Zeit von 1400. Die Rezeptionstin liess uns vorerst warten aber machte dann keine Versuche, ein bereits gereinigtes Zimmer zu suchen, obwohl das Putzteam schon längst an der Arbeit war. Auch die Check-In Formalitäten konnten nicht erledigt werden. Das ist mir noch in keinem Hotel passiert. Immerhin konnten wir das Gepäck deponieren. Ein Covid-Zertifikat ("Green Pass") wurde nicht verlangt. Beim Frühstück wurden die Abstände von 1-1,5 m nicht eingehalten, obwohl Ungeimpfte im Raum waren. Dieser wurde auch nicht gelüftet. Das Hotel selber wäre sonst schön, bequem und sauber

Dear Juerg, We are sorry that you are not satisfied with your stay and that although you have already been our guest, we have not met your expectations. Regarding early check-in, when possible we do it willingly, unfortunately it is not always. Those who work at the reception have an overview of departures and arrivals, without necessarily having to contact the housekeeping colleagues. In any case, the check in on your return was very fast as having already been our guests we already had all your data. As already explained in the hotel, in Italy the green pass must not be requested in hotels, and, beyond personal opinions for which a government provision can be shared or not, the current state of affairs is this. We are especially sorry that your discomfort stems first of all from the historical situation we are experiencing, we understand your fears, for our part we always try to have the necessary attention to the context with safety measures that we respect to make guests feel at their own ease.
