They booked me in a room the other side of the wall from the loudest construction imaginable. So loud in fact, I needed ear plugs. 1) The room should have never been rented (this was Christmas week on top of everything else). No notice was given to me, or other guests construction was going on, written or verbal. No one was at the front desk to help, and to talk to about changing rooms. Nobody was there to complain to either. Not only does this hotel not have any management, whatsoever, in Milan, they don't have any anywhere in Italy. After 2 days, I got a call from some totally clueless, disinterested woman in Portugal, who refused to accept any responsibility for her company renting me an uninhabitable room, but refused to give me a refund also. The absolute worst hotel experience of 43 yrs of business and personal travel all over the world. Don't ever stay here.

God location. The room was slightly dirty with heavy dust in corners. The breakfast was only 2 choices. Not much choice if you have intolerances. Staff were awkward. Street noise was an issue 1 of the nights.l, early morning.

Nice place, nice beds and pillows, and our room was HUGE! The area is super convenient and close to all city centre main places to visit in Milan. Reception stuff was amazing (yes! there is some sort of reception, and they are very friendly and helpful, even though the whole process with the hotel is managed digitally). However, the staff of the breakfast area is not even remotely as kind as people in the reception. We found a very rude waiter that was angry because we did not want to accept food that was mistakenly brought to our table, and required additional payment (we paid for breakfast). Breakfast options are limited to 3 and it is "a la carte".

Rooms are clean, big and well kept, the only set back is the lavatory and bidet doesn’t drain, and it took us an hour before we got in the room, 1 hour was wasted and we traveled far. We booked the room 3 months ago, the staff said their supervisor is still verifying payment details even though the property was communicating with me and I sent passport informations thru the app, for which I thought check in will be smooth. To help them find the payment details , I sent them right on the spot the receipt and credit card statement, yet it took us forever checking in.
