The property was great and has beautiful view of the water. I was a little disappointed that the on site restaurant/bar was closed for the season. Great place if you have a boat and love to fish.

Enjoyed!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! We also really appreciated being able to bring our two dear dogs with us. Very pet-friendly and we all enjoyed the front porch, especially. Just beautiful! The golf cart was an extra bonus!

Great house, perfect location
The house is even nicer in person than in the pictures. Incredible location with the bay literally 10 feet from the front door. Honestly couldn't have ask for a better house.

We needed to get away from our daily routine, the trip to Delaware was just what the doctor ordered.
It took less than 5 minutes to book the vacation rental. Everything was as smooth as clockwork. We had a very enjoyable and relaxing vacation

Pictures dont do it justice
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had 7 people and 2 small dogs. We could not have asked for a better sleeping arrangement, an awesome open design, spacious porch - EVERYTHING. Location was great, and every amenity was as described. Minor comments: (1) When we arrived, they did not change the code on the front door - it would not work but got a prompt response and access from the Pot-Nets manager. (2) the owner is using the Site manager who is using VRBO which means you are paying double the fees to stay here. (3) typical for a rental, hot water is at a premium - take short showers and staggered, and you are fine; (4) Kitchen fridge ice maker barely works. Dont expect more than 1 tray of ice produced every 12-14 hours. (5) bring what you think are essential cooking equipment. Not one baking pan, no collender/strainer. This was all secondary for us, but may be more significant for you. Would not hesitate to return.
