Sleeping up to 4 people, completely new and tastefully furnished, you will appreciate its large living room overlooking the inner courtyard. Fully equipped American kitchen. On both sides of the apartment 2 very large rooms of 17m2 and 19m2 each overlooking the garden. Bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet (supplies of sheets and cleaning at departure in supplement).

Wohnungsbeschreibung

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit schönen Dekosachen und farblich abgestimmt. Als Schweizer vermisst man gute Messer in der KĂŒche.DafĂŒr hat es eine Nesspresso Kaffemaschine:) Die Terasse ist gemĂŒtlich und man ist alleine fĂŒr sich in einem kleinen Innenhof. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber geputzt. Leider befindet sich die Wohnung an einer Strasse und man hört die Autos vorbeifahren. Aber in 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuss in Milly. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Ein Schlafzimmer hat zwei Fenster und eine TerrassentĂŒre direkt auf die Terrasse. Das 3 er Zimmer hat leider kein Fenster mit Frischluft nur ein Fenster in den Essbereich der Wohnung. Es sind zwei Ferienwohnung im Haus, ist die obere besetzt ist es sehr ringhörig und man hört die Schritte der GĂ€ste in der oberen Wohnung. Auch die WC SpĂŒlung hört man wie ein Wasserfall. Als Boulderer sind die Gebiete sehr nahe erreichbar und man kann auch zu Fuss Gebiete erreichen.

Perfect stay in Bleau. The Apartment (Atelier 47) has two big rooms for sleeping, separated by an even bigger living room, with a very good kitchen and a corridor. Bathroom has a very nice rain-fall shower. Veranda is also very big and really nice. Everything was clean. WLAN is good in all rooms. Communication with Frederic is easy and nice. Overall: perfect

Sehr schöne, frisch renovierte und saubere Ferienwohnung mit viel Platz

Wir haben sehr schöne und erholsame Ferien im Atelier 47 verbracht. Alles ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, besonders das Badezimmer hat uns gut gefallen. Auch auf der Terrasse kann man wunderbar relaxen. Zur Zentrum von Milly la Foret ( Boulangerien, Creperie, Cafes, kleiner Supermarkt, ... ) sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Viele Bouldergebiete sind schnell zu erreichen. Der Vermieter Frederic ist sehr zuvorkommend und die Kommunikation unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Un gĂźte trĂšs confortable et trĂšs bien placĂ© Ă  Milly pour profiter de la ForĂȘt. Nous avons passĂ© une trĂšs bonne semaine dans ce gĂźte, les commerces et restaurants sont juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© et en 10 min on rejoint l'entrĂ©e de la ForĂȘt pour des balades ou Barbizon. TrĂšs bonne communication avec FrĂ©dĂ©ric le propriĂ©taire, nous recommandons Ă  tous et nous reviendrons trĂšs certainement.

Es ist eine wirklich große und gerĂ€umige Wohnung mit allem darin, was wichtig ist. Die kleine Terasse ist sehr geschĂŒtzt. Die Wohnung hat ein gerĂ€umiges Bad mit Waschmaschine, eine kleine SpĂŒlmaschine ist Teil der KĂŒche, die einen supergroßen KĂŒhlschrank besitzt. Von der Wohnung aus ist man in ein paar Minuten ĂŒberall da, wo man etwas einkaufen möchte. FrĂ©dĂ©ric ist stets erreichbar, sehr freundlich und zuverlĂ€ssig. Er spricht sehr gut Englisch! Klare Weiterempfehlungvon uns!

Un beau séjour

Superbe maison, bien agencée avec tout l'équipement moderne et belle déco. Le gite était propre et accueillant, terrasse trÚs agréable et confortable. La ville est jolie et dispose de tous les commerces à moins de 1km à pieds. Je recommande.

Gite fonctionnel et bien situé

Les piĂšces sont spacieuses. Gite convient Ă  5 personnes. Le gite reste au frais malgrĂ© le chaleur extĂ©rieure lors de notre sĂ©jour. Gite trĂšs bien amĂ©nagĂ©. Petite cours agrĂ©able dommage qu’elle ne soit pas plus mise en valeur et entretenue.

SĂ©jour reposant Ă  Milly-la-ForĂȘt

Milly-la-ForĂȘt est une destination que nous connaissons bien puisque Ă  la fois proche de Paris et Ă©loignĂ©e de l'agitation urbaine. Il nous fallait quelques jours de repos, nous les avons trouvĂ©s grĂące au gĂźte proposĂ© par FrĂ©dĂ©ric qui a Ă©tĂ© un hĂŽte convivial, attentif et trĂšs professionnel. L'appartement est trĂšs fonctionnel et la prĂ©sence d'une petite cour intĂ©rieure permet de profiter du lieu. Enfin, il existe d'innombrables possibilitĂ©s de randonnĂ©es aux alentours et les commerces sont accessibles Ă  pied. En conclusion ce fut un excellent sĂ©jours. Marcel.
