We were supposed to have a handicap room, when the room wasn't as expected, I went to the front desk to get a handicap room. They said they only had 1 handicap room and it was booked until after we checked out. It made our stay incredibly difficult with my elderly parents. They weren't able to take a shower or get off the toilet without assistance. Had I known i never would have booked this hotel. We weren't able to cancel or move hotels either. I would like a full refund.

Room and Bed were very comfortable. Staff was very friendly. The pastries were not fresh and seemed to be put back day after day. My biggest complaint was that my room was not cleaned. I stayed four nights. The room was supposed to be cleaned every third night. Also, the TV guide was not in the room. My request for one was met with a quick response to pick it up at the front desk.

Hotel was not clean. Trash can at front of hotel was over flowing with trash at check in and when we left the next early morning. Husband had procedure at hospital at 6:30 am in Milwaukee as to why we stayed for overnight. The was a van sitting in parking lot in front of hotel with flat tire and appeared to have been sitting there for a while since the snow plow truck appeared to have been going around it. Not a nice site. Our room was okay. Appeared to be a fast clean. Tv screen had been cleaned with something that left big stripes that appeared to be scratch marks but could have been removed with a little elbow work. The floors were clean as long as you didn’t look in the corners or around edges. There was 1 towel and 2 hand towels only in bathroom. I had to go to front desk for bath towels, wash rags and floor mat since these were not provided for our party of 2. The bed was the saving grace for the room. It was nice and comfortable.

The receptionist was really nice. I ended up getting two rooms very friendly. She also gave me more towels for the pool. I will definitely be going there again. The lady that attended me I do want you guys to let her know she did a awesome job.

Rooms were very clean, staff was friendly. Beds were very hard though and the entire hotel smelled of Marijuana. While this wasn't the fault of the hotel but instead some very rude guests, it's definitely the reason I cannot give 5 stars. Overall the stay was good.
