We got back from an event around 10:30-11 pm and had an early flight however the room was very warm so I tried to turn on the air but the unit under the window was broken and not just broken but all the buttons looked like they had been attempted to be pushed in over some time so this was obviously an issue the hotel was aware of yet had put us in this room nonetheless. They ended up moving us to another room no problem but it was 11:30 at this point.

We stood outside for 20 minutes running the buzzer to get in. We recorded our frustrating work that, and the staff member told us to go elsewhere and that he was canceling the reservation. We were left to find a new hotel at 1am. The room was prepaid, and we didn't greet our money back

The hotel and the room were great. Pool was a little small, but most hotels downtown don't have one anyway unless you want to pay by selling one of your organs. My only quibble was with the parking. Man, was it confusing. The entrance doesn't have the hotel name on it, and I guess I didn't understand the instructions on how to get in. But at least they HAVE parking, and they don't charge for it.
