There were BEDBUGS in the beds!!! The room was dirty, sticky, and stains everywhere. All they did was put us in another room. At least that room didn't have any bedbugs. But the same as the other room(dirty, sticky and stains everywhere). They didn't say we'll comp you or discount your bill... nothing. Now im doing everything to hope that my kids and I didn't bring any bedbugs home. This property went down since the change in ownership.

Traveling with six, got a room with two beds and a pull out sofa. Sofa was covered in various stains. Mattress in sofa bed was also stained and badly torn. Asked for a different room. Second room in similar condition. Sofa was disgusting. Chair in room had a slip cover on it, assuming it was even worse but I wasn’t brave enough to look. Bathtub didn’t drain well, standing in water by the end of my shower. Smelled of cigarettes. Nothing felt, or even looked, clean. In three trips to the front desk, I heard three other people complaining about the state of their rooms.

Room was ok. We were in a noisy area in the hotel. Someone was playing music starting at 5 am on a Saturday morning Staff was responsive to any requests/issues such as a lack of enough towels for the number of registered guests. This seems to have been a very nice motel at one time but is a bit run down due to lack of general maintenance.

The hotel experience was okay. The pool was down for maintenance and there was no breakfast readily available. The equipment was out dated. Our microwave had a dial on it. Overall rating of the hotel its self is a 2.5/5 but the staff was really nice and helpful. Right next to Bayshore mall, Target, and Walgreens. About 20 minutes from downtown Milwaukee. The

This was the worst hotel that I’ve stayed at. The inside of the hotel was dirty. For example, the inside of the elevator was dirty and had stains on the walls. The floors had no ice machines. My room had no deadbolt lock on the door. There were stains on the carpet, couch, and bed sheets. The bed was sinking in the middle. The pool was closed, although it was advertised as open on the website. There were no bath towels in the bathroom. There was chipped paint in the shower. The hairdryer did not work. There was no shampoo in the shower. The fire alarm was pulled out of the wall also. The hotel staff members were rude and disrespectful. They had no sense of urgency about fixing these issues. I can’t believe that this hotel is still in business. It should be shut down because it is not functioning properly.

We booked a jacuzzi room, informed could not use AAA discount due to using third party vendor to book, also not aware at time of booking pool was not open/available due to maintenance. No vending on our floor, there was an area and signs that said vending but no machines/ice. When we got to our room it was filthy and there were bloodstains on the couch and stains on the bedding. We were offered to move rooms, second room also dirty, bathroom not cleaned well and I did not feel comfortable using the shower or jacuzzi. No cover on ironing board, out of options at continental breakfast and cereal dispensers did not work and I was instructed by the staff to just scoop it out of the top-very unhygienic. Overtime very dissatisfied with our stay, I expected more as we have stayed at La Quinta before in other locations and have been very happy, I feel as a Wyndham property the standards would have been higher.

⭐ One Star for Me, Five for the Mouse 🐭 If you’re under 4 feet tall, maybe this place works. Otherwise? Duck. The front door looked like it had been broken into a couple of times. The bed was broken and sagged like a sinkhole, and there were what looked like poop smudges on the wall. Bonus feature: a mouse sprinting through the breakfast area like it owned the place. 🐾 Not the worst stay ever… but definitely top 3.

My initial room was filthy dog food and hair . All over broken dresser. And my sheet was dirty. Grrr they sent me to another room ac was broke than finally got a decent room not super clean. Grrr i have pics but app wont let me. Staff was nice but i should not have had to deal with that stress.
