Stunning, Waterfront, 4 Season, fully equipped 3+ bedrooms, 1200 s.f., cottage which sleeps a max of 7-8 comfortably (you can squeeze in a few more if you get creative with an air mattress that can be provided)! Come and have a great time, enjoy fires at the fire pit, music on the dock, and let loose in a beautiful, private setting!

Located only 2 hours from Toronto on the crystal clear waters of Canning Lake in the Haliburton/Kawarthas Ontario, Canada. The cottage is situated on a chain of 5 lakes, with a total of 26 miles of boating. You can boat directly into the town of Haliburton from our cottage and enjoy a nice visit to the market or have lunch at a local restaurant. We are an 8 minute drive to the town of Minden with grocery stores, Home Hardware, Canadian Tire, Kawartha Dairy, Dairy Queen, several restaurants and much more.

Beautifully landscaped rock frontage with patio at the water’s edge. 17 feet depth at the end of the dock for safe jumping. Also shallow entry option to walk right in from the shore. The large dock can accommodate at least two good-size boats and a Seadoo.

Overlooking the fabulous lakefront view is a deck, with patio furniture and a propane BBQ with propane provided, just turn the gas on and you are ready to grill.

The cottage is fully equipped with drinkable tested water supply (we have a well), microwave, toaster, coffee maker (K-Cups), kettle, cutlery/crockery/pots and pans/cooking utensils (for 12 people), propane BBQ, large dining table, TV (SMART with Netflix), WIFI, gas fireplace with thermostat for constant heat if desired.
A new Canoe (with backrests) and a child Kayak (sit on) is on site for an enjoyable lake stroll.

Nearby offsite activities include golfing, snowmobile trails, skiing, marinas, boat rentals, restaurants, go-carting, horseback riding, mini golf, hiking, art galleries, canoeing & kayaking, Minden River Run (Lazy River), and craft markets.

COFFEE MAKER: bring your own k-cup coffee pods of your choice! Kuerig is on site for your enjoyment

OPTIONAL: 3Up with Sound System Seadoo Rental: $2000 per weekend. $3000 per week. (Plus security deposit)

Winter/Snow ONLY (not SUMMER): 4X4 wheel drive/truck/SUV is required for WINTER use. There is a hill that is plowed prior to the cottage road that without these methods of transportation can be difficult. The use of all roads is at your own risk. There are no refunds due to road issues, power outages or weather conditions.

We do not host parties. Rental includes up to 5 guests. Any additional is charged per guest, per night. $55
