Poor cleanliness

Upon check in, I noticed garbage in the trash cans, used shampoo bottles in the shower, and a full trash bag in the closet area. This made me feel like nothing was actually cleaned. Housekeeping did a very poor job. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

Great Staff!!!
Publié le 12 mars 2024 sur HotelsEverything was really nice!! Safe area and nice room, staff was super friendly and helpful! However, the shower is a little bit difficult to use. Trying to pull the nib on the faucet to make the showerhead work was nearly impossible. And when it did work, the water pressure wasnt great either. But overall it was lovely!

This is an older hotel, but it is clean and convenient to U of M activities. The staff were excellent and courteous even with a lot of people checking in and out.
