The staff was amazing!!! They always greeted us coming & going. We had an issue with no hairdryer in the room so we called the front desk & they immediately brought one up. Clean rooms & great location, it’s a little isolated but close to everything we wanted to do.

The room was decent, if a bit outdated. I was there for work. I had an evening to myself that I was looking forward to chilling and watching Netflix on the tv. I even booked a room with a separate sitting area. So I didn't have to lay on the bed to watch tv. Unfortunately Netflix wasn't working on the sitting room tv. Just in the bedroom area. This is the second time I've stayed at a Fairfield and had this issue. I called down to the front desk and they were of no help. Next time I travel up to Minneapolis for work - which is often - I'll stay at a different brand of hotel.

Staff was perfect. Room was clean. Wash basin was cracked. 1 of the 2 card keys would not work to open our room door...not really a problem as we were staying only 1 night. Haven't had the morning breakfast yet. So far, it looks promising.
