Loved that the rooms and bathrooms have solid doors. Really helps with privacy and not hearing others in the hallway. Just overall the room was really quiet! Also could not hear the outside traffic (unless someone was revving their car obnoxiously). I don’t know if I’ve stayed in a quieter room. We stayed 6 nights and only heard people (assuming kids) above us one night, which was a Saturday night. Loved the kitchen area in the suite with full size fridge. The shower was great, excellent pressure (and actually the shower head was up pretty high to accommodate taller guests). Bed was good. Pillows were lacking (we bring our own memory foam ones). Loved the blackout curtains. Breakfast was decent. An automatic espresso machine would be AWESOME in the breakfast area!! Paying $5/night for parking is lame. We ended up having to stay an extra night and were told they’d just merge the extra night into our current reservation. Easy peasy. The next day when we got back to our room our keys didn’t worn. Also had a “privacy please” hanger on the door and my husband was pretty sure someone came in there. Found out our keys didn’t work as we got “checked out” of our room. The gentleman working that day told us we were supposed to check out and check back in, not one of 3 people told us that the prior day when we added a day. A little frustrating but was an easy fix to get back in our room. Would definitely stay here again!!

Excellent stay and staff, despite crumbs & unclean

This was a great trip to see family and the hotel was the perfect location. We will definitely be back. Our only complaint was that the room was definitely not that clean - there were crumbs throughout the cabinets and clothing drawers, the fridge had a huge sticky spill and the pullout sofa was not usable as there were crumbs and what seemed like leftover food particles everywhere. We had to fashion a bed with some extra bedding out of the couch and the ottoman which worked fine but it was kind of gross. We did mention it to the front desk on two occasions but there was no follow up. The other thing to be aware of is that there are few towels at the pool - there were about 5 total that we saw on any occasion. The breakfast was good, typical and plenty of it. And the fitness and overall facility are great, again, super close to all things and walkable to Caribou Coffee and Planet Fitness among the nicer shops too in the area. Wifi works really well, kind of a bummer to have to pay for parking (an extra fee we were not aware of) but also means that there was always a space for guests. Again, loved the place, the staff were excellent and very friendly (despite our myriad requests they were always pleasant to us and I was very grateful!) - just need some attention to the cleaning process of the kitchens, couch and carpets to get those crumbs and spills from previous guests, ick.

We got a suite with a kitchen for our family of 7. Kitchen is a strong word for a microwave and toaster oven. We made it work and it all came out in the wash for us but I will doublecheck next time to make sure i actually have a way to cook. Pool was small but nice. Breakfast was good with lots of options even for dairy free and gluten free. Overall, happy with our stay.

Parking costs an extra $5/vehicle per night. Exterior doors were not working when we arrived at 5 pm. Lobby full of 15 people waiting for their rooms with no staff in sight for 15 minutes. Understaffed. They offered us free parking and a bottle of water for all the challenges. Our hallway smelled of skunk...aka pot. No soap in one of the bathroom sink area and no shampoo in one shower. No towels at the pool. We booked a suite for 8, and it only had 4 forks and 3 knives and no spoons. We waited until 8:30 for more silverware to arrive so we could eat. No bedding for the pull out sofa. They were going to give us points for the hassle, but days later still gave us no points on our account.

We booked a room with a king bed. They gave us a room with two double beds. There were 2 dirty washcloths on the shower bar in our room. I told the front desk. I was told they would inform the head housekeeper. Nothing was done. I complained to a quality control person, they said it would taken with. Long story short, we we checked out this morning the washcloths were still there.
