We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We went to a concert to the US BANK stadium, we were able to walk to the mall to get on the tram and ride it back and forth from the concert.

Stayed for a week. Great location for Mall of America but also easy to get elsewhere. Nice new hotel, very clean and tidy. Good rates when booked for 7 days. Spacious rooms, very comfortable bed.

This is not the Hyatt. Believe me. Reconsider!

The staff was very good. The hotel is typical, by the mall of America. I didn't sleep well. Neighbors. The kids were on the business computers mostly playing games. You have to take the good with the bad and the ugly here. Like I mentioned before. Typical for the area. Also strange people in and out. You might not want to stay in room 238. Because you will regret it. The people at the front desk where great. Breakfast was good. I had to stay here for a month because the VA for veterans is very close. I am now at a very quiet hotel without the atmosphere.

Great place!

Was especially clean, welcoming, good breakfast and even had gluten free muffin that tasted great! A foot step in the shower for shaving! Awesome!

Stayed in a king bed suite and it was incredibly clean. Rooms seem really soundproofed well. Stayed for work so I had to be asleep really early and even with a hotel full of families and couldn’t hear a thing! Gym facilities were great with lots of options. Great clean place to stay!

Wonderful!

Everything was very nice!! Clean, good variety for breakfast, staff was helpful, free shuttle to the airport/mall was helpful. There was one night where the room next to ours was being extremely loud at 4am, I called the front desk and they handled it immediately. Other than that, it was great and I would stay here again.

We were pretty happy with the stay. The Wi-Fi had no password, so we did not connect to the Wi-Fi. We were not able to get good Wi-Fi service for that reason. Our room got cleaned one of the days we stayed there and it looks like all they did was get our used towels and garbage that was in the cans. The cans were way too small to fit much of anything in them. The garbage we had at the sink/counters did not get taken out of the room. We did get clean linens, that made us happy. The front desk workers were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was great. Mall of America is within walking distance, but we took a two minute drive there. Overall we were really happy with our stay.

It’s an ok place. The blinds and blackout curtains didn’t work. It made the room very hot. They said it could be fixed after we were to leave. Maid service only every 3 days.

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. Only downside was the pool was uncomfortably cold. If the pool was outside the temperature would have been amazing but, for an inside pool it was cold.

Check in by the surly woman who did not want to be working was uninformative. Shuttle service from car dropoff back to hotel was terrible - driver wasn’t feeling well and fellow passenger had to drive us to the hotel. Breakfast time? No regular coffee for at least an hour, no water in dispenser. Shuttle service back to airport was shared with two e-bikes which ended up wit luggage all over interior so they fit. Not a good stay
