Booking Requirements: âą 30+ Night Stays may require a lease. If the stay will be paid in monthly installments, a lease will be required and a security deposit equal to one month's rent is due at signing. If the stay is paid in full at time of booking, no lease is required. âą Security Deposit: A refundable $2500 security deposit may be required, depending on the length of the reservation.. The deposit is refunded within 5â7 days after checkout, assuming no damage or excessive cleaning. Payment (when applicable): ACH (no fee) or credit card (3% processing fee). Lease and security deposit requirements do not apply to Airbnb bookings. By booking, guests agree to this policy. âą All check-ins are contactless! To provide this service, we require a photo of yourself holding your ID to verify your identity, to be emailed or texted to our reservations department, no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. No exceptions. (Please be aware that we do not have staff available to meet guests in person on site for this purpose.) âą All guests must be over the age of 25, unless part of a family unit. Verification may be required. âą Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require additional credit card documentation. âą A Minnestay Rental Agreement must be signed, no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. This will require that you provide us with your email address. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking. âą Discounts are valid only at checkout, are not retroactive, and cannot be combined with other offers. âą All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy in place at the time of booking. House Rules: âą Check in: 4pm; Check out: 11am. Checkâin and checkâout times must be followed unless early/late arrangements are approved and are subject to additional fees. âą This is a smoke-free property (tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, vape, etc). There is no smoking allowed inside the property, on balconies/rooftop decks (Sable), or within 25 feet of the property. Fees will be assessed for smoking inside any part of the property, including common areas (Sable). âą No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions. âą Only homes specifically labeled âPet Friendlyâ on the listing permit dogs; all other homes are strictly no-pet properties. Guests must notify the Minnestay team in advance if bringing a dog, and pet fees apply starting at $150. Most Pet Friendly homes allow a maximum of one dog unless otherwise approved. Certified Service Animals are welcome at all properties with prior notice; emotional support animals are not considered Service Animals under this policy. âą This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well (does not apply to Sable). âą Please note that you are staying in a private home and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them as quickly as we are able. âą Consumable amenities provided by Minnestay are not refilled during stay. âą Additional daytime or overnight visitors are not permitted without prior approval. âą Please follow all posted instructions for fire pits, grills, hot tubs, saunas and other amenities that may be located on the premise. Guests are responsible for safe and proper use of all equipment. âą All guests must comply with local ordinances, including noise, occupancy, and parking regulations. Any violation that results in fines or penalties may be passed on to the guest. âą Guests are responsible for damages that occur during their stay. Claims will be handled in accordance with platform policies and the rental agreement. âą Please do not move or rearrange major furniture (beds, sofas, tables, dressers, etc.). Damage caused by moving furniture may result in additional charges, and any labor required to return items to their original placement may incur a fee. âą Minnestay is not responsible for noise, traffic, construction, or neighboring activity outside of the propertyâs control. As such, refunds will not be provided for noise-related disturbances. âą Temporary interruptions of utilities, Wi-Fi, or streaming services may occur and do not qualify for refunds. âą Quiet Hours: 10PM-8AM. The property was clean, was as described, safe and in a great location. We were within walking distance to great local bars and restaurants. And a quick Uber ride to anything else we needed to get to.
We loved the unit, we had everything we needed. The rooftop patio was an added bonus! It was very comfortable, quiet and we really enjoyed the neighborhood.
The apartment was just what we needed for a quick weekend stay to visit my daughter ! We walked to the Twins game, coffee shops and restaurants. The apartment was fully stocked with everything we needed ( other than only 2 bath towels for 3 of us). We would definitely stay there again! Thank you for the wonderful stay!
I will definitely stay here again. The location is great. Many food and bevvie options in easy walking distance. The room itself was bright with poppy color, spacious and comfortable. It was quiet too. The only complication was in the key retrieval/drop but now that I know the process that solved itself.
We came for the Twins/a Phillies series and it was great. Walking distance to Target field and tons of restaurants. Super clean apartment with a fun building/view. Directions for the check in/key retrieval seemed a little daunting but just took it one step at a time and couldnât have asked for a more smooth trip. Would definitely recommend Minnestay to anyone and will use again!
Met with friends and family for the state fair and lots of other activities. Check in/out instructions were clearly explained. Free and convenient ramp parking was a definite plus.

Place was clean. The heating system made an annoying high pitched noise occasionally. Bathroom amenities could be a little nicer, we were glad we brought our own shampoo, the body wash was ugh. Also, very disappointed that we couldnât get a second bag of coffee despite paying so much.
Bright, exceptionally clean, conveniently located. Rooftop deck was a huge plus. Manager was communicative. Our only issue was figuring out how to access the key, the exterior door after hours, and the parking structure. It wasnât entirely intuitive, there were a fair number of steps to follow, and we werenât initially certain if we were even in the correct garage or parking space. Management was helpful and we did figure everything out. It would certainly not prevent us from staying in the future, but it was one of the more complicated access points weâve encountered.
My husband and I stayed here while visiting our son who has recently moved to Minneapolis. The condo had everything we needed, was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed local restaurants and the easy walk to the river! Highly recommend!
