I believe one of the valet attendance smoked pot in my car. The management denied it and said it was a passer by. It took me 20 minutes of driving with the windows down while it was snowing to get rid of the smell. I find it hard to believe that Someone 10 feet away from my car with the windows and doors closed could cause that.

I am a Disabled American Veteran and Hotel.com treated me like an invaluable customer. Due to weather I was not able to check in. When I tried to call Hotel.com I was hung up on… I was dismissed and treated like it was all my fault I had to cancel or move my reservation. AND I was told it was too late to cancel and the phone line went dead.

My 22 year daughter described it like a Hallmark movie. Gorgeous old hotel in downtown St. Paul. Within walking distance of many restaurants. Hotel staff was amazing! They have a shuttle that will take you to any of the restaurants. We were there with family on Thanksgiving and wanted to play games. But didn’t bring any and the bellman found us games that the front desk could not! Fireplace in lobby was perfect for having a drink and playing board games in a cold winter’s night! Highly recommend.
