Awful, blood and pee on toilets , water leaking form ceiling , the front office managers are due and treat even employees poor, they charge you per day for breakfast which is a paper bag with a breakfast bar in it. We never ate it but charged us, when I asked about it he said we weren’t charged, when I showed him he said it’s online banking and contact them , they didn’t have towels to take a shower, the arcade games were all broken , the pool is nasty and my kid didn’t even want to swim in it , seriously stay away

Staff was rude since day one , blood/pee on the toilet water leaking from roof, pool was nasty, “arcade” games broken, they ran out of towels so we couldn’t take a shower, the managers are even rude to the other employees. We were charged for “breakfast” on our card for all three days , we didn’t eat anything there as it was a bag with a breakfast bar in it. When we asked about it they said we didn’t charge anything like that to your card, we showed the charges and he said that’s just only banking contact them …. Seriously stay away from this place it’s seriously the worst hotel I’ve ever seen

The continental breakfast was very disappointing, pre-bagged granola bars and muffins. I believe the breakfast area is under construction, but we were not notified at check-in. The rest of the stay was great; fun pool area and shuttle to and from MOA.

There was a huge hole in the room when we arrived and management assured us not to worry, that he wouldn't be charged for but my concern was safety for the two children present. We checked in Thursday night and my friend called down and requested housekeeping on Friday. They assured us that they would be there that same day. They did not arrive. On Saturday, that same adult asked the front desk staff how often they're supposed to come for housekeeping. The front desk said that they're supposed to come on the third calendar day of our stay, which would've been that same day she inquired. They agreed to come Saturday. They did not. On today, which is Sunday, the last day of our stay, I asked the front desk staff for a large garbage bag. He said they didn't have any large bags but that he could give me a small one. I then asked for two and told him I needed it because housekeeping never came. He then told me that housekeeping comes on the fourth day. I then assured him that we were informed that they were supposed to come on the third day. He said he apologized for the misinformation but it is indeed the fourth day. Now we're checking out to leave the hotel and my same friend how often housekeeping is supposed to come. The same exact man told her every three days. I then walked over and explained that he told me four days. He said he apologized for the misinformation. Though he had just told me that two hours prior. Horrible service. We never had clean linen or garbage removed.
