Weekend trip to Mall of America (MOA). Hotel has shuttle bus service to and from MOA and the airport (in each case you have to call front desk for pick-up and the wait was typically 10-15 mins). Hotel is about 10 mins from airport and about 5 mins from MOA. Had a great experience and the hotel staff was pleasant and accommodating. My room was somewhat outdated but they are currently in the process of renovating, which included the dining area, so there was no hot breakfast. However, hotel did provide guests with a bag breakfast of an apple, granola bars and a water. The pool was fantastic and my 9 yr old granddaughter loved it!! The pool alone was worth staying there!

Not enough staff. It took 3 hours to get extra sheets and blanket. Room was too small for six people even though thats what we booked. The pool was absolutely packed and inspite of signs there were very young chilsren in the hot tub with floats. Also no towels in the pool area.

There was trash left on the floor in our room and they gave us an adjoining room where we could hear everything from the other guests as well as everyone who talked in the hall. When we asked for a different room because of the adjoining room they said they were booked but they would tell the guests next to us to “keep it down”. Won’t stay there again.

We stayed here last summer and loved it. That’s why we came back. This year, the breakfast room is under renovation and all they did was hand out little baggies with granola bars and a few other things. AND parking was now extra. I’ll stay somewhere else next time.

Everything was great for me and my kids stay for the weekend of the 4th. The pool was amazing for children! I swear my daughter turned into a fish lol and I would like to shout Dee out she had amazing customer service, she was super sweet we bonded over the few days I was there lol “heyyy girl” and lastly Jill and Alex provided great customer service as well. I my view

It is most amazing experience that I had. I’ve not seen my son since I don’t know where they’re at. I just keep putting myself right back in Bloomington. When they stay there four weeks ago you guys have an amazing facility. I think she expansion procuring and a new location to sells to procuring building from A-to-Z anything in between I can give you a picture with your business would look like in 10 years from now fixing your own equity financing and how much state you have in there how much of your shown.

Toilet seat was broken, sliding door lock broken. Pool facility had a lot of mold growth in the concrete around the pool, making it very slippery. Was not one towel in the towel bays. Not one staff member in the pool area. Complete chaos. Never again! Even my young kids didn’t want to swim or stay here

Due to construction works to update the hotel, there was no hot breakfast available, only limited grab packs and fruit. One day we went down at 0830 to see only 3 bananas available. Some hallways were under construction. Power outlet one of our rooms had no cover on it. Another of our rooms had an air conditioner that died, but the staffon the frontdesk were very helpful to ensure we had another room near our family. Great staff and service.

Had to switch rooms twice. First room smelt like hamsters or farms animals. The second room the ac didn’t work and the room had a musty smell. The room would not cool down. The third room was much better. Service was good and understanding. Breakfast was just fruit, yogurt, pop tarts and granola bars, kind of disappointed.

Was kinda of upset that there wasn’t any breakfast even though it’s listed on the hotel information. Also it wasn’t listed when we initially booked that we would have to pay for parking. I was happy that the incidental fee hold was only $50.

There was no continental breakfast like it showed on website. Website didn’t say anything about breakfast not available. They did offer some “quick” items but not good for a diabetic! Didn’t say on the website that there was a charge for parking each night. It was very disappointing as there are certain things we look for in a hotel/motel. We mentioned our concerns to desk clerk but she didn’t seem to care or take it seriously. She said she was newer and you could tell by how she handled things!

This have been one of the worst hotel i have ever been. First our room air conditioner didn't work we got switched to a different room the rooms were smelly blanckets smell disgusting. Me thinking this hotel would be amazing since is next to mall of america and it was such a disappointment. They are in renovation so no breakfast that was not mention when i made the reservation i was mad. This was my first time in Minnesota with my family. And we had such a horrible experience. The staff were ok but the hotel itself was trash. People smoking next to the entrance door. Do better. And stop advertising what you don't have available.
