Reservation was for queen suite but they changed my reservation to a room with two double beds. They were over booked and couldn’t give me a different room, plus the manager didn’t seem to care because I booked through a third party. The smelled, curtains were stained and it looked like the floor hadn’t been vacuumed. Thank goodness we brought slippers!

Fronts doors did not work only one slide was working vending machines 2 where out of order,I machine did not work, the breakfast no service the guy stayed in a room never interacted with customer stuff was out of order, then he came out full the fruit and just threw it not place it. Water was leaking from ceiling. The pool was dirty. Then we got sick had to leave a day early the lady at desk said ok just let hotels.com know they will contact our management and refund the last day. The management did not.

Unfortunately this hotel is needing a huge upgrade in all areas. Damage to walls, furniture, blood stained sheets, and the pool wasn’t functioning properly the whole time, only 1 slide running, kids pool or hot tub would be shut down and the pool was closed all day Wednesday with no previous warnings.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The only thing that I would say to improve on is that the staff that runs breakfast, makes sure that everything is up and working. The juice machine wasn’t on and we were down there around 8:30. I asked when someone appeared about fifteen minutes later about the machine. He turned it on then I was able to have juice. There was two families with children in there before who just had to get water from the sink for their children.

I booked the Executive suite and it's not worth the money. I had to connect both tv's. There was liquid dripping from the wall. The housekeepers left tape hanging over the main room entrance. The doors were busted. I found fake nails in the jacuzzi and in the bathroom. I wanted to ask for a refund but my girl is too nice so I didn't.

Rooms were clean but a little run down. Water park was a tad run down but the water was warm. We stay here every time we come to minot and that wont change but it could use some updates for sure
