Communication was not great and I had to call to get check in information sent. The condo is nice, only negatives are that there is a musty or damp smell, one of the entrances is rfid and only for owners which is an inconvenience and the washing machine was really dirty. The condo otherwise has all you need

Great private ground floor rental with access to everything!

My wife and 3 kids stayed here for 1 month. I was able to work remotely with ease and house was nicely remodeled. Walking distance to fishing ponds, multiple pools, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and new playground. Felt spacious for a two bedroom place. Glad it had a washer and dryer too!! Would highly recommend.

Great place!

Everything was wonderful! My only complaint is that the master bedroom really needs some curtains to control the lights at night and heat during the day. We loved all the small amenities and that gave the feel of a hotel stay

Great stay

Condo was beautiful and super clean. Extremely close to beach and Within walking distance. Close to restaurants and shopping center. Washer and dryer definitely came in handy. We were at the beach most of our stay so we didn’t get to use the pools but the kiddos enjoyed the basketball court! Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice and quiet place to stay on the golf course. Beach is extremely close and of course it's nice!

Great location

Overall, this was a great last minute stay. Needs a couple updates needs cookware, salt and pepper. Still has a musty smell like the first review. property management did not answer any of my three emails. Should say community grill, No grill at the property.
