The Mediterranea is an exciting, upscale 4 story luxury gated condominium resort located on the beach with breathtaking views of the emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The Mediterranea is indeed special and features gorgeous, manicured gardens, a huge pool in the center of the complex, community clubhouse, fitness center, underground parking and a gazebo which leads to the beach. This complex is by far, the classiest in all of Destin!

Our exquisite 2 BR/2.5 BA Mediterranean style unit will sleep 6 comfortably and is located on the West end of the complex, which is perfect for watching those amazing sunsets! You have breathtaking Gulf views from anywhere in the condo including the large wrap-around balcony where you can drink your coffee or sip your wine while you watch for dolphins, listen to the surf or take a swim in the huge pool which is located in the center of the manicured grounds. This unit comes with free beach service (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) beginning in early March until October 31.

Our condo is in pristine condition and features new kitchen stainless appliances, granite counters and new leather living room furniture to include a comfy recliner! The living room is styled with comfort in mind with a large flat screen tv and plenty of seating for your family. The master bedroom is very classy, includes a king size bed and comes with its own master bath. The master bath has a jetted tub, separate shower, dual sinks with granite counters and build-in makeup dresser. The second large bedroom features another king sized bed and also comes with its own bathroom. There is a half bath in the hall for guests. The couch pulls out to a queen bed for additional guests.

Unit 409D truly comes with everything you need to have an amazing vacation including three TVs, free high speed wireless internet, full size washer and dryer in its own laundry room, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The Mediterranea is located just steps from Pompano Joe's on Scenic Gulf Drive, and convenient to restaurants, golf courses, movie theaters, water park, Outlet Mall, Destin Commons, the Harbor Docks, the Track, numerous Arcades, and tons of shopping!

Perfect location for walking to everything from dinner, breakfast, shopping and steps from the beach!! Wonderful condo with extremely comfortable beds! We’ve been going to Florida for years and this was by far our favorite simply due to the view of the beach and steps to everything we love here! Donna was absolutely wonderful when we reached out! Thank you for a wonderful stay!! We will be back next summer!

This property was wonderful! This was our third year staying in Miramar Beach! The added chair and umbrella was a nice touch at the beach. The pool was warm, regardless of the outside temperature! When returning, we will see if this property is available! Host was easy to get ahold of and provided great instructions!

This property is beautiful. Beautiful view of the pool and the Gulf of Mexico. Awesome sunsets! Conveniently located. Balcony off both bedroom s and one off living area. Convenient parking. The condo is very nice. Not many glass so do like we did and bring your own not a problem. Beds sleep good. We’re unable to use the hot tub as it was dirty. The walk across the street in October was easy and the pool is great for the children.
