2 Elevators will take you quickly to the pool area or your parking spot.
Bike racks. 4.8 mile Walking/Bike Path runs along street in front of Complex with Bike Rentals within walking distance.
Also within walking distance are several top-rated restaurants, coffee shop, ice cream, winery and beach-supply shopping and rentals. Whole Foods, Fresh Market, WinnDixie & Publix grocery stores within 5min drive.
MAXIMUM 5 guests, no exceptions & minimum age of Renter is 25, no exceptions for either. If more guests stay than we are informed about, there will be a $50 per head/per night fine and possible immediate eviction.
NO SMOKERS/VAPERS/NO PETS, no exceptions. If any are broken, immediate action will be taken/eviction & NO refund.
Minimum age of renters for entire complex is also 25.
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 9am. Security cameras & adequate lighting in public areas for your safety & security.
Well-lit hall to exterior doors, also with a beautiful view of the water! Staircases also on either end of building.

Guest access:
Keyless entry to unit - your personal code will be given prior to your arrival. Also keyless entry gate code for private beach access, which will also be given prior to your arrival. Parking Pass will be provided for placement in vehicle while parked in Parking Lot.

This Condo acts as our 2nd Home, therefore we have applied extra care and thought into the furnishings, decorating & upkeep. We deeply appreciate our guests that will appreciate & honor our desires to keep it that way.

We loved staying here! We’ve visited the Beach Resort several times, and this is by far our favorite unit we’ve stayed in. The owners have gone out of their way to provide an exceptional stay for their guests. The condo is beautifully decorated and feels like an extension of our own home.
