Beautifully updated third floor condo in highly sought after gated Maravilla community. This condo was renovated in May 2022, will accommodate 6 people and has free Wi-Fi included. Seasonal beach chair service is included with your stay (2 chairs and an umbrella).

The family room has all new furniture, including a queen size sleeper sofa and 55 inch smart tv. The master bedroom has a new king size luxury mattress with smart tv, large closet and it own private attached bath with new vanity, mirror and lights.
The guest bedroom boasts a new queen size bed with luxury mattress, smart tv and closet. The guest bath is just around the corner and easily accessible from the guest bedroom and kitchen/common area. All new ceiling fans, light fixtures and luxury plank flooring throughout.

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook your favorite meals. The kitchen includes several small appliances including a microwave, blender, coffee maker and a Keurig. Dinnerware, silverware, pots and pans and glassware are provided by us. There is also a washer and dryer in the kitchen closet for your use while you are here.

Maravilla is a gated community that boasts 2.5 acres of private beach access. Other amenities include two swimming pools (one heated), hot tub, tennis courts, fitness center and a basketball court. Grills are located near near the pools. Bike rentals are also available on the premises. Maravilla is centrally located off of the bike path and within walking distance of several restaurants.

Comfortable environment

The condo was nicely decorated and newly remodeled. Maravilla was big with good amenities. The only issue we had was the complex was being renovated and there was lots of construction outside. This is no fault of the owner but a lot of noise outside called for early morning wake-up's! It appeared to be completed soon. We will be back in the future!

Property was as described. Clean and well maintained. There was construction going on on property, however, owner notified me prior to arrival and even offered full refund if we didn’t want to stay due to the short notice on the construction. Owner easy to work with, always responded to questions.

The location of this condo was excellent...The living conditions and amenities were excellent...The cleanliness of the condo was excellent... Beautiful condo on beautiful beaches

This is our 2nd time starting at John’s fabulous condo. Everything is just as listed and works beautifully for our little family. The location is prime- only 7 minutes to walk down onto the sand with only 1 road to cross. We love being so close to the beach so we can walk down as often as we’d like. The beach service is a huge plus and the condo even supplies some beach toys and plenty for us to use. Also, the location is prime to lots of top seafood restaurants on the beaches- we walked to quite a few of those as well. We look forward to our yearly trip to the beach and will continue to use John’s condo every year it’s available.

Perfect!

This unit had a great layout with plenty of space for our girls trip. We appreciated the extra touches like shelves and hooks in the bathroom. The beds were comfy and there was even a handsoap pump. I highly recommend this unit!

Great location!

The condo is in a perfect location! A couple minutes walk to Miravilla private beach. Chairs and umbrella included with our stay, so we didn't have to lug a bunch of items. We utilized both pools several times. Loved it! The condo itself was clean. All amenities were in working condition (especially the AC!). We had zero issues - great visit!

Great family vacation

We had such a great time on our family vacation here. The condo is very spacious and clean. We had everything we needed including beach toys, noodles, boogie boards, etc for the kids. The condo is a short walk to the beach so we had no problems coming to and from the beach during the day. I would definitely come back to stay here!

Best Host & Location

This was our second time to stay at this condo in Miramar Beach because our first stay was outstanding. The location can't be beat, right next to the beach, and the host is very attentive & accommodating. The umbrella and chair rental are really great amenities. The condo is very clean and well equipped. We look forward to coming again for a third time!

Fantastic place to stay!
