THE ENTIRE HOUSE HAS JUST BEEN REMODELED!

There is a king sized bed in the large, 2nd floor master bedroom, with a gorgeous view of the golf course. The master bedroom has a brand new, private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The master suite is incredibly spacious with lots of privacy!

A king bed is in the second floor guest room with a full bathroom down the hall.

Two extra long twin beds make up the second guest room on the second floor. The full hall bathroom is just across the hall. The décor is just delightful and makes guests feel at home!

One extra-long lofted twin bed is in the ground-floor bunk room that is properly heated and cooled, and is next door to the third full bathroom. PLEASE NOTE THAT PHOTOS REFLECT OLD BUNK BED WHICH IS NO LONGER THERE. THIS ROOM ONLY SLEEPS 1.

The living room has a HUGE sectional for kicking back and relaxing in comfort. You will find a Bluetooth speaker ready to be linked to your phone to stream the music you enjoy. The living room also has a Roku/smart TV - so remember to bring your Netflix/Amazon Prime/streaming credentials with you on your trip. There is more than enough room for everyone to settle in at "Pipers Perch."

This privately-owned home has a large new kitchen featuring quartz countertops, a custom tile backsplash, and new high-end stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped (full-sized refrigerator!) for the enthusiastic cook who enjoys feeding family and friends! A Keurig coffee machine (and a few starter coffee pods) is available as well as a traditional coffee maker, and the kitchen includes a sitting counter for quiet mornings as the rest of the crew emerges from their restful night's sleep.

There is a full size washer and dryer in the upstairs hallway with detergent provided.

The outdoor space at "Pipers Perch" includes gorgeous views and a patio to enjoy your morning coffee.

"Pipers Perch" is located within the resort of SandestinÂź and is on the bayside nestled amongst golf courses, the conference center, and Baytowne Wharf! The beach is a mere 1.5 miles away (please bring your own beach towels), close enough to cart, walk, or bike over but far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle (and noise) of beach life. Walk out the front door and head in any direction towards fun and entertainment! All of the fun is within 1.5 miles of the front door!

We will send you a link to our proprietary online guidebook after you book with us. This guidebook was 100% compiled by us, your hosts, and includes 15 main sections of information, 53 sub-sections of content, 45+ activity suggestions, and 50 dining recommendations. We compiled the information in our guidebook from our own experiences, recommendations of our prior guests, and input from SandestinÂź Resort locals. We asked our fall guests to try it out and provide feedback and they all loved it - "Thank you, Courtney! Your guide book is amazing! You answered all of our questions plus more, so much useful information for our trip!" We are excited to share it with you!

The owners take great pride in providing the types of amenities that they, themselves, look for when traveling with their young family. You will find everything you need to cook, relax, and enjoy your vacation, including the 6-seater golf cart, a full-sized washer and dryer in the home, power stations on each nightstand and desk, beach chairs, a pack-n-play, and a booster seat for your use. Cleanliness is critical to a guest's experience and we employ the most highly-rated housekeepers in the area.

* This property gets regular pest treatment as part of the HOA.

* Surveillance Device Disclosure: We have a security doorbell and cameras outside the home that record video and audio of those entering the home from all doors. There are no devices inside of the home.

* Golf cart keys will be left out for guests after liability waivers are signed and returned

Per the owners' insurance policy, a golf cart liability waiver must be signed by all cart drivers prior to golf cart keys being released for use.
There are surveillance cameras/doorbells outside the property at all doors, but none inside the property. This is for safety and security.

Great place to stay!

The house & resort are fantastic! Some things on the resort are difficult to navigate, knowing what roads you can/can't be on with the golf cart, what is still considered resort property, etc. We had a great time, and will definitely choose Pastel Properties again!
