There is additional sleeping in the dining area on a twin daybed with twin trundle, perfect for one or two more guests to enjoy. Beachside II offers a seasonally heated swimming pool, a grassy lawn with BBQ grills, an on-site fitness center, and direct access to the beach via private boardwalk. You can rent beach chairs and umbrellas at the beach hut or bring them from home. Guests can enjoy all that The Resort has to offer. For the golfer, there are 4 championship golf courses. For the fitness buff there are 11 miles of paved pathways for bicycling or jogging, 14 tennis courts and basketball courts. The 98 slip Marina will satisfy the water sports enthusiast with kayak and jet ski rentals. CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund.
Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled
within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete
a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
