My wife and I were there 3 nights/4 days and our room was never cleaned. When we attempted to request for room service on 2/14, we were told “rooms are cleaned every other day and our room was on the list to be cleaned that day.” We left the hotel at 10:30a and returned at 9p to an uncleaned room. A call was made to the front desk, and clean towels & bathing clothes were delivered. Trash was not emptied nor were the sheets on the bed changed…not cool!!!

Everything was wonderful except for the 2 pitbulls next door that barked the 3 nights that we were there. It was very stressful walking down the hallway with the dogs barking ferociously.

I specifically asked for an end room and was told they didn’t have one. I was given room 121 and after unloading our stuff my husband said we’re not staying in this room and showed me the hair and toenail clippings all over the living room area. Absolutely disgusting. I went to the front desk and asked for another room and was put in 101, and end room, which I was told they didn’t have… that room was cleaner than the other one but still had hair in the bathroom and fingernails in the living room. I don’t know why it’s so hard to run a vacuum but they clearly aren’t doing it. We stayed at the hotel the week before and had no issue so not sure what happened but we wouldn’t recommend this hotel after this last experience.
