Great experience!

After reading bad reviews about this hotel, I was a little wary mainly because they allow smoking which I hate. I requested a non-smoking room and none were available. However, when we checked in, Brett—bless his heart— put us in a non-smoking room. I was so grateful! The room was clean and did not smell of smoke at all. I was so happy! The hotel is an old hotel but they do their best. The bed was comfortable. The staff were amazing. We would stay here again.

First staff was friendly and very helpful. It’s not their fault the building is run down and has no elevator. They offered to help me carry my suitcases up the stairs. Again, the staff was really helpful. The place smelled like smoke even though I had a non smoking room. The carpet is really worn out and dirty looking. I kept my shoes on. Thankfully all I needed was sleep before a really early flight and the bed was ok.

Room 123 was "used" gobs of hair in shower, Toilet had poop on seat, inside and out, sink was flithy, hair, someone had used a coffee cup , key was in room wirh a sticky note of room number on it. Dirty towel hanging in bathroom Room 125 was open when my son an wife got to it, room was ok but they found a soup can lid pull off type on floor. We noticed MANY rooms were left open. I understand truck stop but i paid 180 for each room and not acceptable after talking to front desk the female finally understood we needed a new room. Obviously 1 that gets used by a "regular" brdroom window open when we got into it but ok clean wise

Has not been cleaned in months, hair everywhere, carpets were dirty. Sheets haven’t been washed. Overall the hotel experience was terrible. I asked for another room and the one they offered was even worse.

Staff was great, but got a smoking room after requesting a non-smoking room. Didnt realize smoking inside was allowed, or that so many people smoked that they would have auch a thing. Terrible smell, everything seemed grimy and yellow. Our things/we smelled like an ashtray by morning. No other rooms available.

The first room we checked into was atrocious and I don't mind saying it was well below my standard fortunately the auditor at the desk was very accommodating and switched out our reservation for another room which was slightly better than the previous one but still poorly kept if it wasn't for the front desk employees and the Way they handled the unpleasantness I would rate it at zero

We reserved non smoking rooms. On arrival, we were told that "third party" reservations were given smoking rooms, and non smoking rooms were not available. Desk clerk was not at all helpful, just a "take it or leave it" attitude. On checkout we were again told that they don't necessarily give non smoking rooms to people who reserve them. People who checked out after me had the same complaint. A smoking room is a deal breaker for me. And the attitude of the people at the desk didn't help. Breakfast was nothing more than toast, packaged muffins, juice and coffee. Excersize room was a single walking treadmill and an elliptical machine which wasn't in the best condition.
