Overall not very clean, we came FOR the pool/waterslide, but quickly realized the pool area was dark and dirty, and the pool itself was very cold, so we skipped it. Shower was icky, towels were dingy, found hair, used bandaid, weird lighting, also no elevator. Pretty awful experience overall, unfortunately. Staff was friendly, but the place is icky.

No complaints about the room, the pool however could use a good pressure washing and the slide stairs need to be replaced immediately. Rusting apart and holes, very nerve racking. The food.. maybe get a second waffle maker and put it in a different spot so the rest of the food isn't blocked. We didn't know half of what was there because of everyone blocking it. All the food was very processed.

Staff and room were great, our door kept sticking so we had to really pull or push to open or close it. The ceiling in the pool looks to be getting worked on from flooding but they had it open so guests could use it. Great breakfast!

Stayed for one night as we were traveling to Rapid City. Loved the pool and slide. Hot tob was nice. Pretty good continental breakfast. Hotel was off of a main road so we didn't have to go to far out of the way to get food, and shopping. It's also pretty close to the Corn Palace. Had a great stay and will definitely keep this hotel in mind when we make this trip again in the future!
