This resort 3-Bedroom, 2.5 Bath townhome has 8 beds and can accommodate up to 13 people. You’ll love the private hot tub, vaulted ceilings, spacious bi-level layout, and newly designed Game Room which includes a ping pong table, foosball table, darts, and bag toss, along with seating and gathering space for 12 as well as tennis and basketball equipment for the on-premises courts outside.. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay in Moab comfortable. Full appliances including a gas range, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, and built-in microwave are found in the kitchen. A high chair and two Pack n Plays are also included in this unit. As an added luxury, a gas fireplace is located in the large living room.

The master bedroom features a balcony overlooking Moab’s rim and a spacious master bath with three roomy closets. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed, The 2nd bedroom has a Queen, and the 3rd bedroom has 3 triple stack bunk beds. Smart TVs are located throughout the unit with inputs for your video game fun. A brand new Entertainment Lounge has been added next to the garage with a large screen TV, sofa, Fuse ball table, Ping Pong table, and a dartboard. For outdoor fun, the unit comes with sports equipment such as tennis racquets with tennis balls and basketballs. Many sets of playing cards and games are perfect for your family game night. Some other amenities in this unit are a washer and dryer, 2 Car Garage, a complex swimming pool with spa, and basketball and tennis courts.

Great setup

We were a little concerned about getting in with a trailer with motorcycles and a 4wheeler. But the location was great. We did have one of the deeper driveways in front of the garage and all ways great. We were there during Jeep safari week and there seemed to be enough roadside parking for those with Jeeps as well. We enjoyed the Hot tub the swingsets and slides. The pool was not open yet but we were there in April and it was too cool for the pool. Location was good to access trails for riding and close the convention center for Jeep safari, though we were not there for that. It was an enjoyable stay, house had all the things we needed there.

Comfortable stay with spacious garage

Just perfect for 1 or 2 families, lots of inside space and swimming pool nearby. Personally I prefer more secluded accomodations where I can drink coffee outside. The roof terras offers that option but the shades are not operational. Overall good, specially with the hot tub.

We were not happy with this condo

The condo was not very clean, kitchen was not stocked well at all. We have stayed in 3 other places in the same place that were nicer, well stocked, very clean and cheaper. We did appreciate the tables and chairs in the garage, that made it nice for everyone to set together for meals and games, but it sure was dirty... The patio was very dirty, did not even try the hot tub, the out side walks had trash and the land scaping was not taken care of. Very disappointed!!!

Great Moab Vacation Rental

Roomy condo with everything needed to relax after a day of hiking and playing at nearby Canyonlands and Arches National Parks. Private hot tub was a hit and the kitchen and dining area was well stocked with utensils and kitchenware. We also appreciated the complimentary shampoo and conditioners in the bathrooms, just like a hotel! Master bedroom was giant with lots of closet space.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful time at this property. The space was perfect for our group! The teenagers especially loved the hot tub with the great view. After a day of hiking we could all fit around the fire in the family room and relax. The garage with the ping pong table was perfect extra space and fun! Definitely recommend this place as a home base for vacation to Moab!

Just what we needed

This property fit the bill! With two adults, a dog and kiddos ages 11, 13 and 15 it worked perfectly. Everything we needed. We enjoyed the games and the large parking space in the garage. It fit our lifted trail rig easily. The hot tub was nice to have after hiking the local trails. Grass areas just outside the door for the pup to potty and the condo is only minutes from town. Would definitely rent again.

Great family spot!

Our group of 8 loved the space! The basketball courts and swimming pool were nice for the whole family to hang out after a long hot day of hiking and sight seeing. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was functional and clean. The hot tub and gas grill were nice to have as well! The only suggestion I would have would be a few more kitchen towels and drinking glasses, but those are minor things and we had a fabulous time!

Delightful Stay in Moab

I was very happy with my experience at this property. It was a little bit of a rough start, with the code to the unit not being sent beforehand, and when reaching the property management, we had to go through several codes before we received the right one to get in. Once we got in though, it was splendid! The home was very well cleaned and maintained. The hot tub was ready and available for us to use. I appreciated the little touches, like the guides for food and things to do in the area, the dog blanket and doggie bags, the extra towels and toiletries that were available to use. It was truly delightful. It felt like home away from home. The area is perfect. It’s just a quick drive into the heart of Moab for gas, food, etc. It was also roughly 10 minutes from Arches National Park. Absolutely loved the area, the home, and our stay, and I think we will return in the future!

The private hot tub sits 4. Plenty of room inside for a big group! There is a queen foam mattress that 2 can sleep on and another pad for 1 person. We stored a trailer in the garage and there was plenty of room. Another person slept on the garage futon.

Comfortable and Easy

This unit offered everything we needed for our visit. The hot tub was a lovely perk after a few days of backpacking through Canyonlands. There were loads of extra amenities that would make the unit comfortable for larger groups or families. The garage was full of fun games (though we didn't have time to enjoy them ourselves). The neighborhood is about 5 miles south of town and is not walkable/bikeable if that is what you are looking for. We noticed a lot of 4-wheel trailers parked along the streets and it seemed like it would be easier for folks with off-road vehicles in this neighborhood than regular Moab neighborhood streets. The only reasons for 4 stars instead of 5 is the distance from town and that there must have been a big or messy group in the unit before us because the unit was still being cleaned when it was time to check in.

Great for families

Great place to stay for families and dogs. The garage was nicely finished and had lots of fun games and toys. We traveled with a toddler so it was nice that the place provided all the necessities we needed to accommodate him. There is a nice view of the mountains from the master bedroom balcony and the hot tub patio. We will be planning our next trip out there!

Great place for our kids

We really enjoyed the garage rec room that the owners added, and it was great that this unit had it’s own hot tub. When weren’t out exploring, we had lots to do without leaving the house, and the kids were definitely occupied. There were some issues we had with the kitchen faucet and the kids bunk beds, but property management was very responsive and jumped on the things we needed fixed. Hopefully the other items are resolved for the next guest to not have to worry about it.
