Room we were assigned was not cleaned. Room was ok - wasn't cleaned the 2nd night we were there. Breakfast was hit or miss. The first morning it was fine, the second morning there was no milk for the cereal, no bowls, no yogurt, wasn't fresh.

Only good thing is location!

Good location is only plus. Frt desk had to give 3 separate keys because lock not working. Changed rooms and this room not been cleaned. Third room had bad door lock and no security chain lock. Pool not operational and doesn’t appear to have been used in years. Whole place looks dirty and outdated. No switch covers over plug ins. If I hadn’t prepaid I would definitely have changed lodging. Lesson…you get what you pay for

The desk attendant was dirty and had body odor. He was completely absent on the third day, guests were unable to check in and nobody answered the phone number left at the desk. Houskeeping called the manager who couldnt be bothered to respond or help. Police were called to do a welfare check and were able wake him. He then lied about refund process, and blamed a mystery employee for not showing up. Facility was dirty and unclean. Key cards stopped working third day and attendant blamed us, but later admitted he coded them wrong.

Run down, staff had no teeth and a dirty tshirt when we checked in. Poor overall impression of the lobby and outside area. Pool was not open nor does it look like it will be open without a lot of work. Just not kept up.

The room was clean and comfortable. The outside of the building in the back was unkempt. It gave the impression that the inside might not be nice, which was not the case . Our room, however, was great.

The first room I was given had not even been cleaned. The second room when I went to take a shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned as there were hairs on the shower walls, the faucet in the tub dripped constantly. There was a towel that had hair on it. The toilet took forever to flush. The only positive was the bed was pretty comfortable.
