Welcome to the Magic of Moab! We have been coming to this special place for many years and are happy to own a second home in the heart of Canyon Country. We are pleased to be able to share this experience with you! Our townhome is Y2 in Rim Village, 7 minutes south of Moab.

Prepare your favorite meals in our fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and seating for 8 in the dining area. There is a Weber grill on the patio - eat inside or outside on the spacious patio with great views of the La Sal Mountains and the Moab Rim.

The main bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bathroom with tiled walk-in shower and large closet. Bedroom #2 (king bed) and bedroom #3 (two twin beds) share a full bathroom. Each bedroom has cable TV. Bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, liquid hand soap, lotion and hair dryer.

WIFI & Cable TV are complementary. Washer, dryer & detergent are in the laundry area. The townhome is on ground level - no stairs. Entry is keyless and there are 2 garage door remote controls on the kitchen counter.

The 2 car garage provides a secure place to store your equipment and gear. For trailers and large rigs, guest parking is located on Cold Springs Drive, Meador Drive and Gemini Bridges Lane.

POOL & HOT TUB: The Rim Village Community pool (open seasonally) & hot tub (open year round) are wonderful amenities. Changing rooms and bathrooms are at the pool/hot tub area.

This is a Non-Smoking/vaping property. Pets are not allowed. Guests must observe the Rim Village Guest rules. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Guest do not have access to a mailbox.

Our Damage Protection policy is either $59 for up to $1,500 in damages or a refundable deposit of $1,500, You'll have the opportunity to choose the damage protection during the booking process and the quote will be updated.

Our team is always available should you need any help during your stay. We are happy to make recommendations on things to do and places to see.

* We offer discounts for 7 plus night stays throughout most of the year and for long term stays mainly in the winter months. The discount is built into to your booking rate.

Our townhome is 15 minutes from Arches NP and 25 minutes from Canyonlands NP, some of the most spectacular scenery in the world! Adventure is just around the corner. Jeep into the depths of Canyonlands. Marvel at Balanced Rock. Go rock climbing on the famed Wall Street. Mountain bike the world famous Slick Rock or head up to Navajo Rocks. Hike to a breathtaking, rich red sunset at Delicate Arch. Discover ancient petroglyphs & pictographs in hidden canyons.

The house was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. This is an excellent property! Very comfortable, very clean and it had everything that we needed. The smart TVs in every bedroom is a nice addition, and it is a quiet neighborhood. It has a nice patio area and the hosts were extremely responsive. Having use of the garage is a nice amenity.

We loved the condo. The owners were very attentive & checked in with us many times to make sure any questions were answered. Clean, spacious, super comfy beds, kitchen well stocked, coolers for use in garage, washer & dryer. Just to name a few. We also enjoyed the pool & hot tub at night after long days of hiking. Enjoyed conversation with others at the pool. Moab is a great destination. I’m glad I did my research & chose this condo away from the highway noise. I would definitely stay here again & recommend to others.

Family trip to Arches NP

Check in was very simple. Directions, that were provided, to the townhome were detailed and easy to follow. Home is welcoming and comfortable. Mattresses were a little soft for our preference. It was very well stocked with kitchen necessities, pots, pans, spices and toiletries. The location was close to Arches NP, Canyonlands NP and downtown Moab. Owners provide list of restaurants and things to do in Moab. Needed a small plumbing repair during our stay. The owner very quickly responded to my text and repair was swiftly made next morning. The pool was refreshing. We would definitely stay here again!!

Excellent place to stay at. Took my parents to the National Parks in the area. We were much more relaxed staying here than a motel. Well stocked kitchen. We cooked every morning and evening. Dale is a great host, and he was in touch with us thru emails.

Great place close to Arches and Canyonlands!

This is a very comfortable place to stay! The space was allocated between living room/kitchen/bedrooms perfectly for our family of 4.The kitchen had everything we needed (though we didn't actually cook much). The living room was a very cozy and comfortable place to relax in the mornings and evenings after a full day of hiking and sightseeing. It's really close to Moab and Arches -- we were able to shuffle in and out of the park a couple times a day without much hassle. It's also outside of Moab enough to be quiet and peaceful.Everything was clean and in good working order, with good attention to detail. Hosts were easy to communicate with and made check in/out a breeze.Thanks for a great stay! We'd love to stay again if in the area.

Our family stayed at this property while visiting Moab and area parks. The house is clean, well laud out and very comfortable. We also appreciated the scenic views from west facing windows. We enjoy cooking and had no trouble preparing several favorites thanks to the well appointed kitchen. All the beds were comfortable. The garage was a nice amenity to keep us and our vehicle out of the snow during comings and goings. All around a very pleasant place to anchor our visit to Moab. Definitely plan to stay again.

Perfect stay

This property was perfect for our family visit - boys 2 years and 4, mom and dad and grandpa. Nice sized bedrooms, great common area to relax and play. And location - perfect!
