This newly remodeled rustic modern 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom plus a bonus loft, 2 car garage includes a private patio condominium and is located just 5 miles from the center of downtown. With stunning view of the red rocks and of the La Sal mountains and easy trail access, this is the perfect location for your HOV and trailers. At the end of a adventure filled day enjoy a dip in the pool or a soak in the hot tub.

Walk out your front door and go right to head over the bridge to the family recreation area. Pool, Hot tub, Tennis courts, Basketball and kids play area. Guests will have access to the full condo as well as the 2-car garage. The pool and hot tub are for the community.
The unit has keyless entry. The code will be sent to you three days prior to arrival. The entry code is only valid from check-in time on the day of arrival until the check out time on the day of departure.

We are available by phone, text, or message for anything you may need before or during your stay.

This is a well known safe neighborhood. Parking isn`t a problem for those who bring trailers in.

**Pool is open weather permitting. Early season (Late March/early April) pool may not open IF weather is too cold. EX: IF high temps for the day are not expected to be above 65 degrees.

Pool & Hot tub can be closed due to in-climate weather.

Please advise friends/family/renters to shower before entering pool/hot tub. People getting in without showering first makes water dirtier/grimy and requires more use of chemicals.

Located 5 miles from downtown Moab. We suggest having your own vehicle or renting from Canyonlands Jeep Adventures, or Enterprise.
No smoking, parties or open flames(including candles) allowed in home.
Report any damages immediately

The house was so clean and the area very quiet, location close enough to Moah but not at the center of so much action. House is beautiful and all we need it was there. The only thing that might need some care is the master bedroom matress since it is too soft and when my husband moved the whole bed will move and wake me up. Otherwise highly recommended

This place is in a great location and is very roomy!! The amenities are very nice and we had no issues during our stay. We did not enjoy the pool but the amenities in the complex seem fun for the whole family. We would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay!

We had a great time staying at this house. Everything was as listed in the listing. Great location to explore Arches, Canyonland (Island in the sky + Needles area), Dead Horse SP, Goblin Valley SP and downtown Moab. Very nice and quiet neighborhood! This property perfectly meet our family’s needs. My husband and I enjoyed the primary suite on the first floor and our daughter and her children (ages 7 and 9) found the upstairs bedrooms, bathroom and second family room perfect for their neeeds. The mattresses are very comfortable and the sheets and towels are high quality. A lot of thought has been given to guests’ needs a n the space, laundry and kitchen. It was too cold for us to enjoy the patio dining area and grill. A little bit further from town than we might have liked, but really perfect in every other way. Highly recommended.

Great base for NP visits

This property was beautiful and very comfortable for our family. It was a convenient location for our visitation visits to Arches and Canyonlands. Moab is a fun town in a beautiful area! The kitchen had all we needed and we'd gladly stay here again!

Great place located south of Moab. It worked perfectly for 2 people, but I could see how 6 would still be very comfortable here. Very clean and easy experience. The outdoor grill was nice. The couches and queen size bed could use an upgrade--but that was the only concern.

Perfect place for our family

We really enjoyed our stay from check-in to departure. My wife and two daughters, ages 12 and 10 stayed 3 nights. We came to Moab to see Arches. I was a little concerned by the distance from the property to the park entrance (about 6 miles) and after reading reviews about traffic jams getting from one end of town to the other. My worries were unwarranted. It was an easy traffic-free drive that we drove multiple times a day. The place is also a couple miles from a full-service grocery store which was great. The place: awesome! First you get a full garage to yourself. And if your into biking, its got one of those bike holder things to work on your bike. There’s two mid-sized pools and a hot tub about 100 yards away that’s shared by the complex. It was never very crowded. Even on 100° days. One night the hot tub was pretty packed. But my wife and I managed to squeeze in. The other two nights we had it pretty much to ourselves. The unit had three bedrooms, a master with a full bath on the first floor and two bedrooms on the second. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the dishes, pots, etc. you need. The gas grill was great as the line hooked directly to the condo. No messing with a propane tank. I love stuff like that! There’s a great outdoor seating area that we never used as it was just too hot. But the kitchen table is huge and has a big picture window with a mountain view which felt like we were outside. The owner was super responsive with questions too. I could go on. We’d definitely go back.

Great house, very clean, and all the needed amenities. Only complaint that I have is the community hot tub was undersized for the number of people it served. There were people waiting in line for it to open in the morning, and completely full all day until it closed at 9pm. 9pm is also too early to close. Otherwise it was a great place to stay, well furnished, garage made storing Equipment easy and safe. Looking forward to coming back next year.

I highly recommend this rental. The house was clean and spacious. The owner was very responsive too. We grilled out at home and got to take advantage of their great patio and grill that already had all the gas it needed. Excellent stay.

We had very good time exploring Arches and Canyonlands in winter. The condo on the opposite end of the town of Moab, but still not far from the parks. It is new, clean, spacious and very convenient. We had a very good time. Thank you!

Nice place to stay

Nice a place stay - new - plenty of space. Well stocked kitchen with everything you would need. Had some noise issues with the quad runners after 9 p.m. It was nice that we had a garage to park in. Pool was nice. If you are going to Arches or Canyonland, Island in Sky most days - you have to drive through Moab, which can take awhile, depending on traffic.
