Très bon hotèl
Publié le 11 janv. 2016 sur HotelsNous avons passé un agréable séjour en amoureux, l’hôtel est bien sauf que le spa n'est pas encore fini alors que c'était une des raisons pour laquelle nous avons choisi cet hôtel. une grosse partie de l’hôtel est toujours en travaux mais cela ne gène pas les clients. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel

We absolutely loved this hotel. We stayed for 2 night but wish we had stayed longer. Everything was exceptional- from the welcome drinks on arrival, to the spa services, the vast options for breakfast and dinner buffet, the afternoon tea included as part of the half board option, the amazing song and dance we received at dinner for our honeymoon, the great views and the spacious rooms. They even decorated our room as they knew this was part of our honeymoon trip. Honestly, this looked and felt like a 5 star resort.

Nice hotel at the beach

Hotel itself was nice and well maintained with adult pool and kids pool separated. Food was alright but nothing special - but normal when it is buffet. Check in took to long time but check out was swift and efficient.

Good hotel but flawed service.
Publié le 14 janv. 2024 sur HotelsOur stay was ok, but with some shortfalls in the service. Our room was not ready despite arriving 3 hours after check in time, waited for an hour. No bathroom mats & our child fell. Less water bottles provided. Worst bit the mattress smelt of urine & when we told them they didn’t change it & only flipped it. Waiters at the restaurant were not friendly & appeared overworked. Overall for the amount charged, it’s not value for money. They can do much better.
