It comprises an entrance hall with storage, a spacious living room with a dining table, a 140x190cm sofa bed, and a TV, and an open-plan kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a large American-style fridge-freezer, a microwave, a coffee machine, a conventional oven, and a stovetop, opening onto the approximately 50m² terrace. An air-conditioned bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed and a storage closet is also available. A bathroom with a bathtub, a shower, a toilet, and a washing machine is also available. There is a separate toilet.
