They gave us the wrong room. Another family was giving the same room. We had to clarify this. The bathroom sink didn’t drain. There was a long black hair in the bed. We needed assistance with the tv , which one came to help but then left to never come back. We had to fix the problem ourself. We stayed for 4 nights and the last morning, there was little options for breakfast.

Good stay for a stop on a journey with nice comfortable room. Friendly staff. Pool located in sister property next door was inconvenient and a small breakfast room area made it necessary to wait for a table.

The hotel room was quite dim. The door pass failed several times during my two-night stay. The washroom sink blocked easily, and the kitchen sink developed an unpleasant smell overnight.

The photos may have been taken when the rooms were brand new. Perhaps we were given an older outdated suite, but there was a smell to the room when you opened the door, condition of the shower was very poor. I would think it wouldn’t pass an inspection, the floor of the shower felt unstable as the shower was wobbly and moving while in it and it and it was clogged, the water pooled around ankles, there was bugs, I believe stink bugs they’re called that we squished and we woke up to damp clothing. No internal controls to the temperature or humidity controls. If I felt at all that it was cleaned before we entered, I’d of assumed that it was just an older hotel. But dust pooled on the carpets in the corners, hairs in sink and tub and a few red dots on the bed made it hard to believe it had been cleaned at least properly.

My experience was terrible. My room was double booked and they gave us (family of three) a room with a single bed and my husband had to sleep on the floor. Hair and stains all over the room. I took many pictures for proof as well, awful hotel in every way.

The front entrance had a broken door so we could hear it slamming throughout the day and evening. There was a some mould in the corner of the bath and we found a lot of hair on the pillows and bed. The continental breakfast was hectic and disorganized but overall fine selection. Our room was cold (which was nice) but the other family travelling with us couldn’t get their room cold beyond the bedroom. Overall the hotel was fine for its price point and was at least close to many amenities that people would want to see in Moncton.

The room was at the end of the hotel and right next to the noisy hiway, didn't sleep well. Also couldn't get breakfast that was included. Too many people. People were standing in a large line up. No food left after waiting. Also the elevator was old made noise and jumped. It was scary. We walked the stairs. The road leading into the hotel had giant pot holes too. We would not book this hotel again.

Potholes are bad coming in parking lot, lights in room flickered, asked for crib in room 3 times and still had to call down for one, parking isn’t great should be able to park anywhere, our room said 1 king bed 2 bedroom pull out sofa but it was only a living room and 1 bedroom not 2, the air conditioner is only in the bedroom and not the living room so we couldn’t shut the bedroom door without being crazy hot in the living room…. Would not come again
