This charming duplex (one room and a mezzanine) is 45 square meters. It has a balcony and a nice view on the Glacier de Monêtier.
It will be perfect for a tourist stay with family or friends. The apartment offers a good level of comfort for 4 people, but may be a bit cramped for 6 people.
You will stay near the center of the village and the shops.

## Logement
Located on the 1st floor without lift, this accommodation comprises :
- a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed
- a fully equipped and functional kitchen
- a shower room
- and a living room with a sofa bed.

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: outside parking for the residence, a ski box, television, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, microwave, oven, iron, hair dryer. Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.
A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveller.

The accommodation is located near :
- shops;
- the shuttle bus to the ski slopes (at the bottom of the building, 3 minutes walk away);
- the BUS/NAVETTE stop (5 minutes on foot) linking Briançon (SNCF) with Monêtier, Chantemerle, La Salle-Les Alpes
- and the Monêtier hot water baths and the cinema (5 to 8 minutes on foot).

→All sports are possible in this beautiful region. Cycling sports, hiking, climbing, rafting, paragliding. Equestrian centres, natural swimming pools in the summer (organic bathing) in La Salle-Les alpes and Chantemerle, ice rink in La Salle-Les alpes.

## Emplacement
On the edge of the Écrins National Park, Monêtier les Bains is a commune of Serre-Chevalier, perfect to take a good breath of fresh air. It is a commune rich in heritage, with its church Notre-Dame de l'Assomption, that of Saint-Claude de Monêtiers-les-bains, but also its museum of Sacred Arts.
