It was a nice hotel pool was fun for the kids and I love the 24 hours gym and staff was very nice except for the cleaning people we had to tell them we needed new sheets and towels

I stayed here with my wife and two kids, and we had a wonderful experience. When we first arrived, Lucia at the front desk welcomed us with a warm smile and made us feel right at home. On our second day, Sarah was at the reception, and she was incredibly helpful and friendly. You truly have a fantastic team! The room was spotless, and the kids had a blast at the swimming pool. The only suggestion I have is to consider upgrading the soap, conditioner, and shampoo. A better quality and more pleasant scent would enhance the overall experience. a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay! Although it was just for one night, everything was excellent. I called ahead to inquire about early check-in, and we were fortunate to get it. The gentleman who checked us in on Saturday morning was incredibly kind, though I wish I could remember his name. We also dined at the restaurant, where the bartender, Ellie, was delightful and crafted fantastic drinks. My only complaint was regarding the food; while it was decent for the price, I found the salmon dish with mashed potatoes and broccoli to be quite dry and salty. Aside from that, our stay was fantastic! The rooms were cozy and modern, and the staff was welcoming and friendly.

The rooms were spacious and clean. And the front desk agent was also very welcoming. Overall this is a great hotel for a stay in the area. My one complaint is when walking around the hotel, I noticed that other guests left puddles from the pool in common areas such as the elevator. I am recovering from a knee injury and nearly slipped while stepping into the elevator.

Nice area, clean place and the cookies at the reception area were a nice touch at check-in. The only thibg was that there was a shortage of towels in the pool area. 50 min. drive to hoopgroup's headquarters and the beach was not so bad, especially for the price we paid.

They was nothing around this place. The restaurant was closed. I had no place to eat. It was in ten minutes. Pool was Dirty it also had way too much chlorine. I though Breakfast came with it instead 2 Pancakes $13 & 2 Pieces of French Toast $13....very Poorly run. Unfriendly room service. Wont stay there again

We recently stayed at the DoubleTree and had a very pleasant experience overall. The location was ideal—just 20 minutes from my daughter’s basketball tournament venue—and there were plenty of restaurants and shopping options nearby, which made everything very convenient. The room was clean, the service was great, and housekeeping did a wonderful job. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area for a few days. The only thing I would suggest improving is the on-site restaurant. It’s called “390 Steak & Seafood,” but surprisingly, they didn’t offer any steak or seafood on the menu. This was quite misleading and disappointing, especially since we had planned to dine there one evening. It would be helpful if the restaurant name reflected the actual menu offerings more accurately. Aside from that, it was a great stay!
