no value for money, bad service and very noisy

Very bad organisation for checkin, Room was confortable but with a tiny bathroom, no hot water and no wifi in the room. So abnormal for the price compared to others locations in Liberia. Also i arrived on Sunday and i didn't know it can so crowded and so noisy at night - so perfect place if you want to sleep in a club with loud music also lunch was horrible, a lot of time waiting for a poor food, i choose BBQ fish and they choose the cheapest quality of fish as there was too many bones and they overcooked it, so it was completely dessicated and horrible to eat. It was also very long to get the bill, and very very very long to get my change in USD as i was leaving the country i didn't want the local money - and it's cash only so i don't recommend that place

Nice and safe place right in the middle of hell. Good lebanese food. Problem : they don't accept Master Cards...

The team at the Tropicana truly went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. I want to give a special shout-out to Williams, who, upon hearing that my sister wasn't feeling well, went out of his way to borrow a blood pressure machine from his mother's house so she could monitor her health. Not only that, but he also sourced green coconuts for her, showing genuine care and thoughtfulness. His constant smile and positive attitude made a real difference. Additionally, Titi (I hope I spelled that correctly) at the reception was incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially considering our unique situation. Alongside Williams, she worked tirelessly to ensure everything went smoothly. The housekeeping staff were equally wonderful, always cheerful and eager to assist. The restaurant team went above and beyond to accommodate us when we decided to host a dinner for friends. One suggestion would be to have fans installed outside rooms 10, 11 and 12 and in the restaurant and areas around the pool.

2nd time staying at the property. The first time was only for one night and it was a pleasant experience. This time around we stayed for a longer duration and didn’t experience the same service. Luckily the The property is still beautiful and well maintained with good dining options. Hoping to come back to a pleasant / peaceful environment.

Très bon hôtel

Très bon hôtel posé sur le sable. Certaines chambres sont face à la mer et d’autres au cœur d’une végétation luxuriante. Chacune a son charme. Compter 1heure du centre ville. La route est souvent embouteillée car en travaux. Idem pour l’aéroport… éviter le rush sinon c’est 1:30… Personnel très agréable. 2 piscines. Nourriture de qualité Top
