Spacious Family Holiday Home

This spacious holiday home in Mont de l'Enclus comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, making it perfect for large families or groups.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a cosy living room with a TV and seating area, a dining room with a large table, and a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. There is also a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet and a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer for added convenience.

Upstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms: two with a double bed and a third with a single bed, a bunk bed for three people and a flexible option for a double bed or two single beds. A bathroom with a shower and an additional toilet ensure comfort for everyone.

The enclosed private garden and terrace with barbecue offer a lovely outdoor space for relaxing and dining. Additional facilities include a garage, storage room and a charging station for electric cars. Nearby you will find woods and various restaurants, ideal for exploring the beautiful Hainaut region. This house combines comfort, convenience and nature for an unforgettable stay.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Het is een leuk huisje, leuk ingericht en een toffe grote omheinde tuin. echter vonden wij het met onze familie wel vervelend dat je alles hoorbaar is van de andere verdiepen, het is houten vloer (en roostering). dus telkens er iemand uit zijn bed komt hoor je dit in alle kamers. ook dachten wij dat er 3 slaapkamers waren, wat in theorie ook wel zo is. maar er is 1 kamer waar geen deur is. het bed staat wel echt achter de hoek, dus je hebt wel privacy maar het voelde toch een beetje raar aan, zeker op deze kamer hoor je alles. op de boven verdieping in geen verwarming. wel dikke donsdekens die dat probleem dan weer oplosten. ondanks dit alles hebben we wel een zeer gezellig verblijf gehad met 6 volwassenen en 4 kinderen! We moesten al wel om 10:00 uur uit het huisje.

Wij verbleven hier met een last-minute boeking. Helaas een misverstand mbt aankomstdatum, en troffen wij de woning niet schoongemaakt en opgeruimd aan. Wij hebben (met kleine kids bij ons) de boel toen zelf schoongemaakt. De eigenaar bood hiervoor zijn excuses aan en we hebben een gulle teruggave van de huurprijs gekregen. Zeer netjes opgelost dus voor ons. Mede hierdoor voordeel van de twijfel in de beoordeling. De woning van binnen is prima, en ruim zoals op de foto’s te zien. De tuin ook lekker ruim, jammer dat er geen tuinmeubelen, speeltoestel etc zijn, want de ruimte is er zeker voor. Leuke uitvalsbasis naar andere plekken, bijv dagtocht naar Parijs.
