Difficult check-in, no "kitchen," lumpy beds
Publié le 12 févr. 2024 sur HotelsThe apartment was as pictured and basically OK ***BUT*** (1) our reservation confirmation said the office would be open for check in from 9-5 and they provided a number to call too. The office was not open when we arrived at 3pm and noone answered the phone or returned our messages. If the cleaning lady wasn't there to help us, we would never have gotten in! (2) The "kitchen" is a frig, microwave, and some plates. No sink, no pots. we had to wash dishes in the bathroom. (3) the main bed was lumpy and the sofa bed was terrible. So, the location is good but otherwise we did not have the stay we were hoping for.

I stay here a lot only in the winter it’s one of the better places to stay I like the fact it has a full kitchen

Perfect location with attentive front desk, clean and great off season pricing, close to beach and close to the main town, close to many well known sites where celebs and rock stars hung out … would definitely stay here again!

Everything was awesome, only thing is we had Keurig pods with us and there was normal coffee maker, but that's minor

I was never able to contact the front desk. It says you could contact front desk 24/7 on the website.

All round a great getaway from the city. The hotel/apartment was lovely.
