Really great staff. Very charming historical building but is looking old and tired. I think it relies on its storied past but is no longer the "exclusive" place it once was. Very comfortable but overpriced. The restaurant is pretentious but the food ranges from poor to mediocre and is way overpriced for the quality.

5 stars aren't really enough!

As always, FCM staff are wonderful and attentive. In particular, I would like to mention Front Desk staff Coralie, Jeanne and Nick for their prompt and courteous attention to my questions and requests. Housekeeper Georgette took the time to respond in writing to a note we left her. Concierge Julian went out of his way to arrange a treat for the kids. It's always a 5-star experience.

Holiday kickoff at the Fairmount

Nothing like getting into the holiday spirit with a visit to Fairmount Montebello! The decorations, the big fireplace, all the Christmas lights -just magical. we ordered room service and everything was good. we enjoyed the grounds and the festive spirit of the holidays. It's a yearly tradition my wife and I do! if you haven't - by all means do.
