I have an Absolutely Wonderful time during my stay at the Hotel RIU Palace in Montego Bay, Jamaica. Upon my check-in, I met Ms. Deondra. She was very nice and pleasant with Great Customer Service intentions explaining the details of my stay at this wonderful hotel. My check-in was seamless and she assured me my room would be available after directing me to go and indulge in a Great Mid-day Lunch by the pool. Thank you So Much Ms. Deondra! You started my vacation off with a Great Smile and A Full stomach. :-) Thumbs Up to this property and the ambience of it All.
