Staff was very accommodating and very helpful. Breakfast was very good each morning. Convenient to vapporetto transportation and easily accessible to main island attractions.

Good location, limited staff, front desk closes at 9:30pm.

Hi, we are a 10 rooms hotel, we don’t understand how much staff you need to be satisfied. The reception closes at the time that is communicated before and during the stay. We sincerely do not understand what real problems you had.

Very good location and friendly staff. Breakfast was also good. On the negative side, we were given a room facing a wall and I thought we asked for a sea view, but for only one night not a problem. Many things in the room did not work. Shower head kept falling down and hit me in the head once, toilet didn’t flush very well, light over the sink didn’t work and the room safe was broken. Generally a good location and I would stay again, but would ask for a different room and hopefully less broken items.
