Nice modern rooms. Public areas and the room smell nice a clean. Rooms have a small safe, iron and hair dryer as well as complimentary toiletries. The restaurant in the lobby has decent food. And staff are helpful.

El staff es muy amable y atento y el servicio de limpieza es excelente. Las habitaciones filtran el ruido del vecino de al lado y tuvimos el inconveniente de una pareja que se puso a echar pasión (bien por ellos) pero sí fue incómodo escuchar a las demás habitaciones. También estaría bien tener un frigobar! Saludos!!

The shower was plugged and I had to finish showering in 4 minutes, as the water quickly filled the shower pan and was about to overflow. If you have wheeled luggage, you’ll need to wheel it up the vehicle incline or carry it up the 5-6 stairs to where the elevator is located. Entering the hotel is odd and challenging if you’re not familiar with the property. Clean, and friendly staff, but overall terribly underwhelming, esp given the shower situation. I would not stay at this hotel again.

The entrance to the hotel is bad, you have to enter through the parking lot, there is more comfort, spasio in the bathroom, mirrors, armchairs and the room had no windows, the weather felt very humid, it is a new hotel of construction but poor in service.
